Using the word Faberge in the title created unrealistic expectations. As a collectible enameled egg, it is OK. I kept it but probably most disappointing purchase I have made through Overstock.

This egg is twice the size of Faberge reproduction eggs though it is very pretty. I bought it for Easter for my three year old granddaughter and pink is her favorite colour. I think she'll love it for the color even though it won't match in size to any of the other Faberge type eggs I've given the girls every Easter.

It was too large for what I needed, so I returned it.

We purchased this as a Christmas gift for a dear friend who lives in Washington State. The recipient was absolutely delighted...over the moon ! She has a collection already,but says she has it as the centerpiece in her display.She says the workmanship and color co ordination are of the highest quality.
