If you have a foam mattress it is not the right choice. So I returned it.It also needs a high sealing.My hand got scar because of getting the parts together.
I am a medium sized woman, not particularly mechanically inclined but I was able to put this together by myself in a very short amount of time. Be careful putting the final bars up if you're less that 5'7" or so, or you risk bonking your head with the heavy metal bars, unless you have someone to hold up the other end. Great product, would buy again.
Very happy with this bed so far. It was $120 cheaper than another similar canopy bed I'd almost purchased at another website. Only complaint is that only the instructions for putting the bed base together were included. Had to figure out how to put the canopy together without any pictorial / written instructions. Wasn't too hard though and the bed looks great. Seems solid enough, and looks good!
