This 2900 series 9-tray food dehydrator from Excalibur features 9 trays for dehydrating multiple items at once. The 7-inch 600-watt fan and adjustable thermostat make this the perfect addition for any home.

Ordering was simple, delivery was within a very acceptable timeframe. The disappointment was that the unit shipped from the US to the UK was a US mains compliant device and not compatible with UK electrical mains voltage. As a result I am unable to use the unit until I can affect a resolutiuon, this will either entail a resolution with the manufacturers of the unit or by buying a transformer; the transformer will nearly be as expensive as the unit. So disappointed with Overstock but not with Excalibur itself and the rating reflects this. I think when I get it operational I will be very happy with the unit.
