Great product! This is an excellent product for the price. I have used commercial grade steam cleaners in the past for my business and this works just as good as a commercial cleaner, but it is sized for use in smaller areas. It is very well made, not cheap and flimsy. It did a fabulous job on my bathroom and kitchen and baseboards. I highly recommend it for general house and office cleaning. I used it for at least 45 minutes without having to refill. It is a little small to be used on large areas, but for small to medium sized areas it is great.

Did I get a lemon? Someone said it steamed for 45 mins. Mine never did. It also stopped heating after only 6 months, after maybe 2 dozen uses. We're doing the manufacturers warranty but *we* have to pay to ship it back to them. That doesn't seem right to me. If their product can't last for a year, THEY should be the one paying to get it back to fix it. Other than that, when it worked it did a good job.

Unexpected We bought a 15 year old house and I needed it clean. I have never had a steamer before and thought this would make life easy. The steamer works well, I think my expectations of just steaming lightly over the cabinet and all the grime would vanish was not achievable. With the small round brush attachment you can scrub away tub scum and I think it will help down the line keeping up with the bathrooms and floors. It did a great job in the bathroom, you do need to put some work to it but it did a great job. Now that things are clean I can make sure they are sanitized with steam instead of chemicals. I am going to tackle the floors next. It is light weight, easy directions and from box to use was 15 min. Great buy. Haven't been able to use it for everything, but I feel it will handle it. If you have a nasty ring around the tub, you can get it clean, but you still need to scrub. A- more for my expectations, it's not the miracle cleaning aid I imagined. But trying not to use chemicals in my home I found out that steam, white vinegar, baking soda and white toothpaste work just as well.

Please could you assist me...I am looking for a steamer that I can use easily at our Meditation Center to steam clean our meditation cushions people sit on. My only concern is the cushion inside the fabric, by steaming does it not create dampness and then possibly mold growth? If you could advise me on that, and also which you think would be the best to clean 20 cushions I am thinking twice or once per month? Thank you.
