good quality and appearance. I should have done my research because a standard amplifier/tuner made by Denon didn't fit in the counsel.

We are happy with the tv console. Shipping did take a bit longer than expected however it arrived in good order (package not tore). Assembly required!! Thank heavens I am not the one required to put this item together! If you are ordering this be sure to be good with directions. The directions do follow a logical path, assembly time is just under 2 hours with the proper tools and someone who is erecter set oriented. Love the look of the Espresso finish. It is made of MDF board, medium density fiber so not real wood and not designed to be a piece of keepsake furniture, but its nice none the less! I would recommend this item to others.

i usually don't leave bad reviews but this piece is junk all the way around, one of those bad buys on line that it if you could only have seen it in person first...price really speaks for quality here..

the funiture looks nice on the exterior and the price is cheap, but the quality is poor. wood glue is needed for some of the pieces (door portion of the console); otherwise, the door would fall apart. also, the pieces are easily scratched as the lamination on the wood is very thin. i'd advise getting a brown permanent marker for the scratches. lastly, the pieces inside the doors of the console aren't an exact fit. you can put the pieces together, but you will see gaps here and there.

Absolutely love this piece of furniture! Arrived with no problems/damages and easy to put together. My husband and I put it together in a couple hours. Bought this to go in the basement we just refinished and it fits the need perfectly, especially at the price! I would definitely recommend this to others.

This console is nice looking when put together, but it took a lot of glue to get it that way. The doors came apart and had to be glued back together, and the doors are crooked. We tried to straighten them, but were unsuccessful. It also came with many scratches. I guess you get what you pay for, but I thought it would be better quality than it is. Very disappointed.

I love the way this entertainment console looks! It is made of sturdy construction for a piece you put together. The only problem with the piece is when equipment is in the console, we have to keep the doors cracked or the equipment begins to overheat causing loud fan noises. The unit could use more ventilation in the back panel. Otherwise, we are very happy with the unit.

This stand is pretty nice for what you pay. It went together easily and all pieces fit up for the most part. The surface does seem to scratch easy and one corner of my stand was cracked from shipping. I had one other problem, I had a door come apart where the doors are glued together with dowels. It was an easy fix, a little wood glue and it was back to new. Overall I am satisfied with this stand, it looks like an expensive piece of furniture for a low price.

We purchased this stand for a 58 inch TV. Of course - we still don't have the TV, but it looks like the fit will be just fine. Packaging was excellent - no damage to the product. Assembly was pretty straightforward. Does take an hour or more, but not difficult. Previous advice to assemble the doors after putting all of your components in is sound. If you attach the doors first, you will not be able to put in a lot of the components you plan on storing due to the angle. This is not a big problem, just make sure to put the doors on last - after everything is inside. This is the only reason for four stars, otherwise, the quality is great. It is very sturdy, looks fantastic, and much more expensive. Very nice piece.

not what we expected. very poor quality. one door was damaged and I wanted to send it back but my husband put it together. doesn't look like it is going to hold on for a long time.

Shocked! No wood involved worse that cheap pressed board. Cam locks broke when assembling, even some of the laminate. Hardware is a joke...the pulls have screws that allow for half a thread. If you think this looks nice...it does, however only on-line!!!!

Nice Console - it is true to the image online. Only issue was with 1 of the doors - it was defective when we received it. However, it wasn't a hassle to get it replaced just had to wait for about 1 week to receive the new part.

Overall I'm happy with the unit. It's not very hard to assemble, especially if you're already familiar with how flat-pack furniture goes together. Once assembled, it looks very nice for the price. Mine had a couple small nicks in the veneer but nothing that can't be hidden with a wood touch-up pen. Also, as another reviewer stated, it'd be nice if the door openings were a touch wider. I'm grateful the person in the other review mentioned it as I was able to plan ahead. What I did was just not attach the back panel until my larger items were in place. However, if I ever want/need to remove my receiver, the door is going to have to come off to get it out.

All in all, my experience with overstock was good. Two things about this product that I would like to see improved.1. The product was roughed up during transit and i had to make numerous touchups with a furniture pen.2. The company who designed this stand may have to update their size requirements for a/v components b/c everything just fits, no room for taking stuff in or out without removing the doors. A standard receiver or cable box should be able to be put in or pulled out with out taking the unit apart and then reassembling.

I looked at this and thought this is exactly what I need and a nice price. Once it got here, I was astonished at how many pieces this came in and that I had to assemble it all by myself. Before it put it together, noticed quite a few pieces were scratched and and not painted correctly. The doors on the front around the hinge areas are already faded looks like it wasn't painted, there is knicks in the paint in different spots ... to me this was put together by the manufacturer with no careful consideration for the future owner.I was not happy with the ending product ...

Really a great piece of furniture. Assembly took a little less than 2 hours and finished piece is beautiful!!! Looks like it cost much more!!

This is a very well constructed piece of flat pack furniture. All of the components fit together well. It does take close to 2 hours to assemble but the end result is well worth the effort. This finish is nice and it is very sturdy. It looks great in my family room. I was not dissapointed at all.
