I ordered two of these, they look great and assemble very easily. One problem is the durability, my husband is in the Army and they moved our things, they got scratched very easily, and always need a coaster or the wood will rise. Other than that love the way it looks.

I was very skeptical when I purchased this item as a lot of the reviews were nto the greatest. I got it delivered and put it together which took no time to do and was a lot easier then most made it seem. It is a durable product and well worth the price.

So, I am a 23 year old college student and this was the first furniture I have ever purchased! I did my research and became a little hesitant while reading the reviews from some people. But I have no idea what ya'll are talking about! I bought the nightstand, 6 drawer dresser, and the tall chest and have put them all together myself (& I am 115 pounds!) It was fun and the pieces look great. It did take time to assemble but what doesn't? Buy preassembled items if you aren't up for the challenge! If I can do it, anyone can!

Very nice nightstand period. Good, smooth drawer movement. I bought this and the matching headboard, both were good quality products for the money. Assembly was super easy, but after reading some of the comments I guess assembly is only super easy if and only if you are familiar with the use of a screwdriver and a hammer. I would NOT recommend using a drill for fear of stripping out the screws.

I purchased it for my 14 year old son. He really likes it . I put it together by myself, and it was very easy. I also glued the joints together (glue was not included in the kit).

Very hard to put together, Had to drill new holes, because the holes were not in the right place. Other than that, the tables look great.

I was unable to complete the assembly of the night stand because of one missing zinc cam. I order the part on April 26. Later, I e-mailed them to see why the wait. No response. Today is May 12 and still no part. This part is the size of a dime. I sent them a second e-mail and still no response. I think you need to be aware of this inferior service.

Not a bad value overall. Looks good when put together. Color is a nice dark espresso that fits with a lot of decor. Don't expect too much, though. Materials are on the cheap side, mostly particle board. Easy to put together.

This is a dark chocolate nightstand, which is fairly large in dimensions... ensure you measure your space where you intend to put this. It was relatively easy to put together, but it still did take at least 30 minutes worth of assembly. The only pieces that are solid wood are the 4 legs and the two horizontal pieces on the front. The rest is pressed particle board which all similar furniture is within this price range. The appearance of the pieces is very classy and it looks like a more expensive piece. The mechanisms aren't machined to tight tolerances like a solid wood piece of furniture would be, but everything works just fine. The base of the drawers are not extremely supportive, but more than adequate to hold approximately 10-15lbs of clothing, etc. Just don't plan on storing dense/heavy items such as your last 2 years subscription to National Geographic. The Top is pressed particle board with a very nice veneer covering, as a result it has a very elegant appearence, but will show scratches well as it is not a one piece top. Again, this is found in all furniture in this price range and should be expected. I have dealt with this company before on a similar piece, and they have replaced well over 50% of a piece (including the top) that was damaged by the mail carrier all for free and within 4-5 days with shipping. A good piece at a GREAT value, and I would recommend for a guest bedroom, guest house, or a very well appointed college suite, but not perhaps for a well traveled space such as a living room or den.

Easy and cheap for a spare bedroom that will not get a lot of use, would not use this piece in a high traffic situation. Some of the pre-drill holes were not completed, might need to have a drill handy to finish the job.

These nightstands arrive flat packed and are a mix of real wood, MDF and chipboard. They went together easily enough - my only problems were due to my own inattention as I was watching TV at the same time, but credit the design that the errors I made were easily fixed. My only real negative is the fittings for the drawers. Although the glides work well and are easily installed, it feels a bit cheap that there isn't more support between the drawers. The gap between the drawers isn't visible, but the drawers don't feel quite as sturdy as I would have liked and have to be pulled straight on to open. Finished and in place they look as nice as real furniture and blend well with the other woods in the room.

These are great night stands- high quality look at a reasonable price. They do take a bit of time to assemble, but they are definitely worth the time and effort. Beautiful dark wood finish, great brushed nickel looking drawer pulls, easy sliding drawers. A great addition to your bedroom!

I highly recommend these nightstands... they were easy to assemble, and look terrific. The drawers feel sturdy, not like the junk you buy elsewhere. I don't understand how it took some buyers such a long time to assemble; if you have a decent screw-gun, it can be assembled in less than an hour. Nice piece of furniture.

This product was not too hard to assemble- it took some time, but the instructions were pretty clear. Of course it is not the same quality as the rest of my bedroom suite, but the bedside tables to match are over $500 apiece! Overall, I think it is a good value on a nice looking table.

Silly me. I thought that if the nightstand was pictured with the group, that it was designed for the group. If you're buying the platform storage bed and want to be able to open all the drawers, don't buy these nightstands. They block the drawer at the head of the bed. I chose to use that drawer for out of season clothes, so it worked out in the end.

It takes about an hour to assemble the nightstand, but if done correctly it will turn out to look like a very expensive piece of furniture. Unfortunately, both the nightstands we ordered came with defective parts (drawer pieces were bent and back of dresser was rotted), so that definitely was a bummer. We had to call the manufacturer to send us the defective parts (which they did quickly and efficiently, thank goodness). Overall, it was a good value for the money, but definitely a hassle due to the defective parts.

It takes just short of forever to put together. Then the top holes were not drilled right and the back part did not align perfectly. Even though it is against the wall it still could be seen that the piece did not align perfectly. Overall it is quality wood and a nice design, just wish they had better quality control.

We purchased 2 of these tables to go with our headboard the same color that we purchased on Overstock. They match perfectly and are a definite enhancement to our bedroom functionality and decor. The reason I didn't give 5 stars for ease of assembly is because although not difficult, assembly on these tables is time consuming. There are numerous parts with corresponding nuts, bolts and screws and you need to match them or you won't get a sturdy product. But, other than that they are well made and the drawers slide in and out very smoothly. Just plan to spend about an hour or so for each table when assembling.

The piece is made of good, solid wood and looks beautiful. The drawers come in and out pretty easily. We hired someone to assemble it (I do not recommend assembly unless you are really an expert in this and do not mind spending at least 1.5 hours doing it). One complaint is that the front left leg is smaller than the others, so it shakes a bit. In the end, I think the product is worth the price, as I think it will last a while and looks so nice.

This is such a pretty piece of furniture but it is not easy to put together and it was missing the bottoms of the drawers.. so we had to call the company to have them send them. We ordered another piece in this series and the top of the dresser had a big ding in it so we had to call and get that as well. Very pretty furniture but not very complete and assembly is too much work.
