    • New Dining Room chairs

      I would've given 4.5 stars if I could. Here's our story: We got these to replace the high-quality, high-cost ones that were ripped apart by three growing boys. They look great and have been everything all the user reviews said they would be. (Check out the sets of 2, 4 for more details.) Assembly was a snap. There was a problem with one of the screws on the very first chair, which was worrisome, but the other 7 were fine. Overstock already has sent me a replacement chair for the messed-up one. The only reason I didn't go 5 stars was b/c when you sit, you can feel the padding isn't incredibly durable. The chairs are lightweight (for better or worse), but there's absolutely no question these are a great value for the price. Extra benefit for us is that we only need 6 on a regular basis, so the other 2 give us an extra chair in the den and another in my office.

      We could not resist this bargain, in spite of some iffy reviews. Arrived very quickly and easy to put together. However, my 220lb husband sat down on one to try it out and one of the legs cracked apart. We were expecting company the next day so he glued it back together. These chairs are very light weight and probably will not stand up to a great deal of use. Definitely NOT for heavyweights. But they look great!

    • Good chairs .... but ....

      The chairs look fine I guess. There were a few assembly problems as the holes on the legs and seat did not line up. All considered I would not recommend these to anyone else. As cheap as they were, this is not an expensive product and I still think they are a little overpriced
