It did an ok job cleaning, but didn't deep clean the way I hoped it would. I also had to move it very slowly across my linoleum floors for it to work. It took so long to clean our kitchen, I began getting impatient with it. I also used it on my hardwood floors and noticed streaks afterwards. I wanted to love this, but didn't, so I returned it.

I do like the mop, but am disappointed in not getting another pad to alternate cleanings. It comes with only one, and that one get's dirty fast. My floors I do try to clean once a week, but would of loved to get two pads for cleaning my tile floors. It also does not pick up hairs or dust on floors, so you do need to use a vacumn first.

The product was easy to put together, but cheap. It wobbles when moving across the floor. I bought it because I thought it I would be easier to use for keeping tile clean - especially grout lines. It has no on/off switch. When you plug it in, it is on. It heats well and fast. I have not used the rug attachment.

This is my first experience with a steam mop. High traffic areas did not come clean. I had to clean the whole work area of the kitchen again with my old mop. The steam mop leaves streaks once the pad is dirty which meant I had to stop and clean the pad before finishing my task. (I have a lot of tile0. The worst feature of the product to me is that the reusable pad has to be hand-washed. Really?! I have not tried the mop on the carpet; it does have that capability.

This little steamer has breathed new life into my old kitchen floor. It's amazing that the floor is now shining! Easy to use, much easier than a regular mop, and it really cleans.

I've only had time to use it once on my kitchen floor which was not sealed...I'll need to steam it again when I have time..but for the most part, it did a good job. It seems to be a good basic machine - just put the water in and slowly clean the floor. In my case, I did like that when I mopped the floor with a cleaner for the shine - the mop was clean; and so too the floor, nice and shiny

It is a very good product. It starts to steam really fast with a lot more steam coming out than my old one. It locks while standing up alone, so you don't have to prop it against something.

It was very easy to set up and worked perfectly. I used it on carpet, hardwood floors and mattress tops. It dried almost immediately and was easy to fill.
