I purchased this vacuum to use in our RV. The compact size is exactly what we needed. It worked great in the house on my hardwood floors--great suction and did not throw the dust aound. Might order one for the house.
have used it about times...and so far, so good. great for hardwood floors, cant say how good it would be for carpet. very compact and light. instructions are missing some areas...like, there is an extra filter in their, and the don't tell you that its either the hepa or the regular filter that one uses...not both at the same time.
Hard to find a better vac at a better price. Small size & light weight: With a history of knee problems, I've been reluctant to carry my old upright vac up and down the stairs as often as I should. This machine so light that carrying it up and down stairs is no problem at all. I'd read a review from a fellow who said it was difficult for him because he's tall and the handle's short, but he apparently hadn't found the button that allows extending the handle. As for the suction--WOWSER! The vac is very easy to clean and has a full complement of attachments. Switching between the carpet & floor head is a simple and quick operation, and switching from one of those to the hose is a snap. The hose, crevice tool and brush head tool all ride on board for immediate access. In short: this vac delivers far more than I ever expected and will certainly be my primary vac in this three-story home for a long time to come!
I thought the product was exactly what was described and it arrived on time and in great condition. I was very happy to purchase a refurbished version of this vacuum.
I am very, very happy with this product. I just bought a second one for a friend. It is heavy duty and very easy to use and like the other people said, it sucks up better than my much more expensive vacs. Very good buy and a very happy customer. Thank you Overstock!
