I orginally bought this to clean my tile shower. It did a fantastic job, however, the tank isn't very large (which is why I gave it 4 stars rather then 5) and I had to unplug it, let it cool down and then refill it, and then wait for it to heat up again......I did this several times before the job was done which was frusturating. So it would be more fitting for a smaller setting but it did everything it was supposed to do!

The unit works fairly well, although I was hoping for something with a bit more "power". I guess I wanted it to blast things more like a pressure washer but with steam...... but it does not!! After reading the other reviews, I felt the water lasted longer than I thought it would (but maybe I just haven't used it on a "big" job). The down side is I have already wrecked one of the brush tips....I guess I thought the brushes would be more durable. I will keep it and use it, but just not as much as I thought I would.

I had bad stains baked on my stainless steel stove top, I tried everything but nothing worked. I saw an ad with this machine and it looked too good to be true, so I didn't get it. A while later I saw it on refirbished Overstock.com and decided to give it a try. It arrived very quickly and I got started on the stove top right away. It took some elbow grease on my part, but my stove top looks brand new - I never thought it could look like this again!!! I've since use the steamer to clean the inside of coolers, tile, grout, etc., even a stain that I couldn't get out of a shirt, it works to clean every thing. I love it!!!!!

I am happy with my steamer...it does exactly what I expected- but not happy with the attachments- I have already worn out 2 brushes.(they are plastic and do not last) I wish it held more water...it is a pain to fill up-use-then stop and let it cool down to fill up again. I love not using chemicals!! It's great to get in the tiny areas. I must admit I am going a bit crazy with all the cleaning.

I used this right away on several different hard surfaces. The only issue is that the duration of the steam is rather short, still usable and effective, though. I was surprised how clean my oven and stove became. For the price it's a keeper.

I like the machine but the chemical it uses to disinfect does not last for more than a few seconds. Seem like a waste of time and chemical. Clean blast is good but comes in too small of a bottle.

We use this steamer to clean the stainless cook top, and those hard to reach crevices on the appliances. Steam is a great neutralizer and this steamer heats up quickly to make the job easier

Have used steam for cleaning for a few years now, the original little Monster of ours died. This one has been upgraded with a section for adding a cleaning solution, but it works basically the same as the original. I'm satisfied with it.

I purchased my Monster SuperClean handheld steam machine and it did a wonderful job. However, when the connecting parts of the wands started to pop off (it is a small spring) within the first six month, and I tried to reach someone with EuroPro/Euroflex for assistance in replacing the wands, I could not find them anywhere. I am still not sure. No, I would not recommend this product simply because if you need parts or assistance you can't get it.

not safe, cumbersome, no way to tell how much water is in the bottle, doesn't do a good job. It was so bad. I just put it away for almost a year. I tool it out today to give it another try now it won't even work. I wouldn't buy anything else from this company. don't waste your money

I must confess, I did not read any reviews about this product before buying it. I thought about buying a Shark instead but I did not look at the rating or compare features. I just saw the words "heavy duty" and was sold. AFTER paying for it, while waiting for it to arrive, I looked at reviews, promotions, commercials, the whole shebang...and I got scared. I though, "I should have bought the Shark instead, oh gosh, I got some lousy product instead, I'm going to regret this." It's been four weeks since I got the product and I am not sorry I bought it at all. It's great! We had a large BBQ weeks before it arrived and I kept postponing cleaning the grill, but when the Monster was in my hands, the grill became the ultimate test; it passed. I have not seen my grill so clean since the day I bought it. I used the Monster to clean my tub the day after I had washed it by hand with a scrub brush and chemicals that make me cough like I have bronchitis; the Monster got so much more gunk out of it, it was GROSS, but it was awesome. You know what I mean.

This worked pretty good for it's size. Good for small jobs like bathrooms. I am going to try it in the kitchen next.

This product is terrible! I have used it several times trying to get it to "work" what a wast of time and money! It holds about 1/4 cup of water in it and lasts less than five minutes. It spurts out dirty residue after a few uses and has stained clothing items I was attempting to steam the wrinkles out of. It does not work, does not clean surfaces and is poorly made.

I found this small but versatile steam cleaner particularly useful for cleaning small, hard to reach places that I tend to ignore during routine cleaning. Because the reservoir is relatively small, relatively small cleaning tasks are perfect for this cleaner. I effectively cleaned dirt-encrusted nooks in my washing maching, dishwasher, behind the sink and at the drain, and baseboards. The steam really loosened the grime, and required some minor additional wiping to fully clean the surfaces and make them sparkle. The cleaning brush attachment was very useful for removing stuck grime.

I have only used this steamer once, but was happy with the results. I used it in the area around and behind the toilet...which is an awkward space to clean. The results were good in the areas it would reach. It did however leave water behind that needed to be wiped up, but was spotless and clean without the use of chemicals.

This product doesn't work! The steam won't come out of the nozzle!! So frustrating and messy to try to fix this thing! I'm returning it tomorrow! Awful!

I bought this to help with hard grease. It does not work for that purpose. I am sure it will for something but I have not had that use yet.

I haven't used this item a lot, but no problems so far. Mostly bought for spot mopping a small section of kitchen floor (steam, then wipe with rag). Also used on pair of white tennis shoes; shoes look cleaner, but maybe wiping with a wet rag would have done the same thing- don't know.
