broke twice within a year I bought this mop from overstock 10 months ago with a two year protection plan. the first mop broke right away and they sent me a second one. the second mop just broke and when I tried to use my protection plan they informed me that you can only return it once. so after less than a year I have a broken mop and there's no recourse according to this site. I won't be shopping here again.

Perfect for me and my hardwood floors with cats! I have two cats and mostly solid flooring in my apartment. My little "Swiffer Steamer" just can't keep up with the cat paw prints. This is perfect for my apartment with carpet and hardwood flooring. It removes the cat paw prints from the litter boxes on the hard flooring AND steams/freshens the carpets and rugs. My 19-year-old is "a little messy..." This is doing the job! Recommend it.
