This platform bed has a durable wooden construction with steam-bent beechwood slats for support. It is upholstered on all sides with supple synthetic leather. This King-size bed has a modern European-inspired design with clean lines, minimal details and wide side rails.

Assembly required
Avoid placing your furniture in direct sunlight and maintain at least two feet between furniture and heat sources. Aniline and Protected leathers are especially sensitive to direct sunlight. Use a professional cleaner to help resist staining and prevent overall soiling. For oil based stains, use a professional degreaser.

Euro synthetic leather king size platform bed
The picture does not do this bed justice. The bed looks sooo much better in person. I've looked at high end european furniture store for a platform bed but can't seem to stomach the price for one, especially in king size. I've looked for at least a year for a bed before looking here at Overstock, and I LOVE the look of this bed. I like the fact that it is synthetic leather. The feel is actually like real leather and who is going to know that it isn't real leather?! This is such a GREAT deal on this bed!! The instruction for assembly was easy and my husband and I were able to put the bed together in about less than an hour! I would highly recommend this bed to people who are looking for a great price platform bed and the look of a high end european bed!

Focal point for the bedroom
Beautiful modern bed. Good replica, but would have preferred leather but still a value at this price. Bed is fairly low and not sure if slats will hold up, but okay so far. Pretty low maintenance, but not much fits underneather the bed.

After reading the reviews, we were ready to go to get additional wood to fortify the bed, but the bed supported a 12 memory foam mattress perfectly. The bed is beautiful. Thanks Overstock!! You saved us from the torture of shopping in a furniture store.

Great build quality with plenty of style
This bed looks even better in person than it does in the picture. The directions for assembly were extremely easy and straightforward. Took about 30 min to assemble. The build quality is fantastic and very sturdy. The bed fits a regular king mattress. It will not fit a California King as I found out the hard way. Overall a great product at a great price.

Gorgeous bed
Looking for this style bed and found it at Overstock for half of what other sites wanted to charge, As with white please clean with damp cloth and keep out of sun. Not cat freindly - great scratching post if you have cats,

Perfect
The bed came quickly and delivery was handled very easily. The shipper held onto it until Saturday when i knew we would be home to accept delivery. My husband put it together without any tool throwing or loud noises. It was manageable for us to carry upstairs as shipped and then put together. It looks just as pictured. We purchased a king and bought a king mattress -no box spring - it works vey well. It is close to the floor and our aging golden retriever approves of not having to jump up and down from so high. We are still using our queen quilt on it and works well and covers the bed surface and the sides and rear look great exposed. I am happy no animals were harmed in the making of the bed - and it does look like real leather - very upscale without being showy - it just works!

Headboard is very low. I made sure I checked the measurements and knew exactly what I was getting, and was the look I was going for, but picture on site makes headboard appear taller. It really does look exactly like picture on site, but does not really look like leather, or feel like leather. Having said that, it is still a nice looking bed especially when put together with linens. Very modern/sleek look. Perfect for me in a second home where I want a certain look without breaking the bank.

This bed is awesome.
This bed is everything I thought it would be, it was easy to put together, and it looks like a much more expensive bed. I have seen these beds for double or triple the price, what a great value.
