I am disappointed in the 'case' where I put the hand held vacuum. I believe it needs to be made sturdier and heavier. Everytime I want to charge my vacuum I have to fumble with the base and it takes forever to connect it to the battery. Otherwise, it works well and I only need it for the patio door tracks and around the baseboards.
