Terrible. I bought this because I have had a Shark vaccuum for years and am very pleased with it. This iron worked properly for the first couple weeks but over the past two days it has failed to work properly. Yesterday morning it leaked large puddles of water all over the clothes I was trying to iron. This morning I added only a small amount of water but once again when I tried to iron some clothes all the water came streaming out of the steam holes. Also, the iron would not reach the proper temperature. It was on the highest setting yet after several minutes it was still so cool to the touch that I could hold my hand directly on the heated part for several seconds. The Overstock return period has expired so now I may be stuck with a useless iron.

I purchased this iron about a month ago and it is great. It's heavy duty and makes ironing a breeze. There are multiple level settings for steam as well as temperatures. The steam works really well and the iron gets really hot. It is not a lightweight iron. I like irons with a little weight to them reminds me of the old irons. I was going to buy a Rowenta but the prices are a little more than I care to pay for an iron. The shark was priced just right. I have gotten compliments on ease and design of the Shark from friends who were staying with me for the Memorial Day Holiday. I recommend this iron for anyone who does a lot of ironing or for someone (like me) who don't do much ironing but wants a GOOD iron when I do.

Described it well it just never worked and since it was a refurb they would not take it back. Felt scammed and did not buy from o.co for a long time cause of it

The iron itself was very nice and I loved it immediately. Unfortunately it quit working pretty quickly (after a few months maybe).

Really i was impressed about the design of the product and its weight also tells you about the quality of it.Indeed because of its weight, when one irons a cloth it adds more to the pressing weight on the cloth,thus shrinkles get removed easily.Its heating level is also perfect.Though the product is refurbished,I cant phantom the perfectness it works with a new product.When ironing the steamness of the water on the cloth appears good which also enables the shrinkles to vanish.Currently i have recommended the product to couple of friends who happens to see it when they visited me

I think it's a great iron , i just got it 2 weeks ago . The iron light goes off while ironing means that it's ready to press. Personally i Love it ! it's great price !.

This is a good looking iron but it does have the problem that it turns off in the middle of ironing for no good reson other than that it is refurbished. The appearance and steam function are great but you will have to plug and unplug it several times in order to get a garment thoroughly pressed. I would not recommend this product to anyone expecting a new model as it is refurbished. I would not recommend this item to anyone who does a lot of ironing. Actually....I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

I agree with the lady who said terrible. I would definitely NOT recommend this iron to anyone. It either takes too long to heat up or turns off too quickly, but by the time I get ready to use it, it's cold. Will definitely be returning this item.
