I like the vacuum cleaner and how it works but I was very disappointed that I did not get ANY instructions as to how to operate it so I just had to push buttons until I figured it out. Also there was not a warranty card....nothing just the vacuum. Have no clue who to contact for replacement parts or who to call if something goes wrong, The vacuum has very strong suction and is easily to use. I would recommend this item but just make sure you request the paperwork also.
This was the first time I have ever purchased a cannister vacuum and was quite pleased with how nice it was. I have heard good things about Shark and was not disappointed. I was very surprised to see it came with 2 extra vacuum heads for upholstery and hard wood floors. It has great suction and the other attachments are very easy to get to. It has a great stream line look to it and the handle is very easy to adjust. My younger daughter loves to vacuum and by adjusting the handle it makes it a perfect size for her and then easily adjusts back to me. The cannister is also very light. We have stairs so carrying it up the stairs was very easy. The only thing I have had to get used to is pulling the cannister behind me...like I said first cannister vacuum for me so it felt a little weird at first, but I would not change it for anything.
