This is a factory refurbished item. It seems to function properly, and I am impressed by the suction. The powerhead accessory is very useful. The only flaw with the refurb was that the wall bracket was missing from the package.
I had the worst dust buster before this one so I really wasn't expecting much but this thing is great! It's really powerful and the brush on it is awesome! Great product, great value!
The vaccum is excellent around the house. I've had this for 4 months, and initially was worried about purchasing refurbished. But i think if you follow the instructions regarding first-time use, and occasionally drain the batteries...it should last a long time.
