      this is a serviceable hand vacuum...the "shark"mouth opening doesnt have any kind of catch to keep the hoses and attachments in place, you just shove em in and hope they stay put....i bought a refurbished one which was a decent price, but it came with no information...sounds like it should be obvious, but it took a bit of figuring out.... otherwise, for the price, i'm satisfied...i have lots of pets and staying ahead of the mess requires an arsenal of tools, and this one helps....it's at least as good as a dustbuster

    • giant in hand vacs

      This Shark is a great hand vac - especially for autos or places unaccessible to a full sized vacuum cleaner. My son-in-law is very picky about his vehicles and this tool helps him keep is interior spotless. The strength picks up the sand out of the carpet, and the price at Overstock can't be beat.
