    • great cleaning poor durability

      The vacuum came in the time it was promised. It was difficult to set up, and I found the instructions confusing. Also, the set up for the attachments is not intuitively obvious. This was important, as, in setting it up, I broke the plastic point where the main hose was attached to the machine. I have taped this securely and it doesn't leak but this was a real bummer to have broken it before even starting the ## thing!. Oncestarted, I was amazed! the sucking action is truly awesome. I have two cats and could not believe what this machine picked up as far as hair. Also on the first go round, I pulled the machine too far in rhe room (we all do this) and the machine fell over and a plastic piece (that held the hose in place when storing) broke off! I was able to use gorilla glue to fix this one, not so for the first break. it was just too small, though important a break, to withstand the pull of the hose. Still, while it doesn't look so great, and this was bad to have it happen before even the first try, I'd recommend it. It is like a dyson machine in my book, for far less. You just have to know up front that it is made of less than indestructible plastic and treat it accordingly. I have, and I have had no more difficulties, Marnee

    • could not use.

      could not use the product because it arrived cracked near an essential suction piece. probably because it was accidentally shipped upside down. Soon after it arrived and i notified OS, i went into premature labor and was in the hospital for a few wks. I never had a chance to return it. Overstock accepted my return months later without much of an issue and i rec'd a full refund + additional store credit, which i used to order several times over. I would have exchanged for the same vac but they were sold out.

    • Pulls its weight

      This vacuum is great for the price. It has incredible suction. We could tell after about 30 seconds of vacuuming that our floors were dirtier than they appear. The bagless container had soooo much dirt in it. It gets to the bottom of the carpet! On the down side it came with a broken piece but overstock sent the replacement part so it worked out fine. It's a little on the heavy side but definitely 'pulls its weight' with performance. All in all i'd Definitely recommend this vacuum to anyone on a budget that wants quality.

    • great price for a good vacuum.

      This is a fairly quiet vacuum compared to what I was using. Has very nice pick-up on carpets and rugs, but the transition to floors doesn't have the same pick-up. You definitely have to lower the vacuum, which I don't like to do when I'm doing the whole house. Has a very long cord so you don't have to keep moving the plug to a closer outlet, but the same long cord also can get in the way. Have only had the product for 2 weeks and am very pleased so far. Can't beat the price. Some assembly required, but very easy to do. Few design issues, but overall this is a good vacuum.

    • very good product

      i'm really happy with this vacuum! it works really really well. i had 3 cats that have all passed away within the last 1 1/2 years. the first time i used this vacuum it sucked up fur and dander that was still in the carpet even after using my old vacuum. mind you i haven't had a cat since last June. i even had to empty out the bucket before finishing. the only thing that alarmed me was that it worked so well that it clogged the filter- so when i went to use the attachment nozzle, dust started coming out the other end. it was because the filter was clogged. once i washed it off thoroughly and let it dry, everything worked fine. i've been through quite a few vacuums over the years (they just don't make them like they used to) and was reluctant in buying another bag-less vacuum, but so far so good. and they even sent me the red one. lol

    • Eureka Vacuum

      I purchased this for my office. It picks up well. It is heavy. The janitor does complains about the weight when he carries it up and down the steps. Great price!
