Eureka vacuum cleaner 4700
Great product, My only concern with it was the weight. I wish it was just a little lighter. I bought this vacuum to replace my older, much heavier vacuum. I have had 4 lower back surgeries and that is why I needed a smaller, lighter vacuum. It's suction is wonderful and it is so easy to empty. For someone that has no back problems, this product is perfect! However, if you do have back problems, still a little heavy, but well worth the cost and ease of use.

Refurbished Not Disclosed in Advertisement
Was looking for an inexpensive (nothing fancy) vacum for a second home. This seemed to fit the bill, but it has just arrived and I am shocked to see it is used! Went online to double check all the wording and nothing, anywhere, states it has been refurbished. I thoiught there were laws about this. Debating whether I want to go to the trouble of assembling, or just return. I would not be so skeptical had I known in advance. There are numerous refurfished vacums on the site, but this was not listed as one!

- How accurate was the on site description of the product? No where was it disclosed that this product is a "remanufacture" as indicated on the box, which means refurbished

Great vacuum for the money
I had a Kirby vacuum that died. I'd always hated it because it was so heavy to lug around and it was a pain to switch over so I could use the attachments. The first time I used this vacuum, I couldn't believe the amount of dirt that was in the cannister. It is also very lightweight, and tools are on board. Even if this vacuum only lasts a year, I'd probably buy another one instead of getting a pricier one. It was also easy to assemble and it's very easy to empty.

Great deal overall
Great machine. Great value. This is my second Eureka and am not disappointed. The canister is is a little tough putting back into the vacuum, and it is louder than I expected. But overall, well worth $XX.00.

Okay for the price
This vacuum may be fine for pile carpeting, but I am using it on a glue down loop in a small store. It seems to blow the small styrofoam pieces around while I am trying to pick them up. The suction of the vacuum is fed through the hose which is inserted into the bottom sweeper and it just doesn't seem to work as well as the Eureka I bought a year ago (which I am using elsewhere). The hose works well but does not come with the small crevice tool. I would not recommend it for tile floors.

OK but...
I bought this recently and my only complaint is that it comes in several pieces, a bag of screws, and no instructions to put it together. I more or less have figured it out on my own, but could've benefitted from some actual instructions. Overall, it the service was great, and product is fine - it works, and was inexpensive...and that's all I really need out of a vacuum cleaner.

Does the job!
It shipped super fast and was was super easy to put together, mind you I was 5 months prego at the time. It gets all the dirt and dust off the floor and is lightweight. It's the perfect size for my 2bed/2bath apartment. The capsule pops right out for easy dumping of dust and dirt. It doesn't take up too much room in my entryway closet either when stored. Overall, it's a great purchase ans I'm happy with my purchase.
