This vacuum has great power. The first time I used it I was surprised at how much it picked up. The only drawback is that it is a little heavy. But I'm happy with it.

I have had this for about 3 weeks and am very pleased with it. I was amazed by the suction that it has and appalled by the amount of dirt my old vacuum left behind. I have a dog and 3 cats and so pet hair is definately a problem. Works great!

I found this vacuum to be just what I'd been looking for. For years I'd been searching for a vacuum to pick up dirt and pet hair and I finally found this one the Eureka Capture Plus Pet Lover Bagless Vacuum. It is Great and you can see how much pet hair and dirt it picks up when you empty the container. It's easy to assemble and ready to go. I would recommend this product to any one who wants a vacuum with lots of suction power cause that it does have.

Ordered the bright yellow Eureka HEPA filter vac. Man, does it clean! Love being able to see what each session comes up with rather than having it hidden in a bag. However, it squeaks loudly as I push it back and forth. It's not a motor noise, it's a moving noise. I'm sensitive to noise anyway, so it is most annoying. And the filters are muy expensive. Still, it's better than my old one.

I have a cat. I read the reviews, thought this vacuum would be perfect, and especially liked the bagless feature. When the vacuum arrived I took it off the porch and thought, "wow. this thing is heavy!" Brought it inside and learned that wow, this thing is REALLY heavy. I took it out for a test drive, and like other reviewers have said, it does a great job ridding floors of pet hair and dander. BUT. The knob to adjust for use on bare floors or rugs is almost impossible to move. Much worse, it started making a terrible noise about the third time I used it and now is extremely difficult to maneuver. I read the manual and sounds like something is wrong with the power train or something, and it requires taking things apart. To have it go haywire this fast, plus be so extraordinarily heavy puts this into the category of "wish I had never bought this thing." I will have to get another vacuum because I so utterly hate it, and write this review as a cautionary to all those who are comtemplating purchasing one.

So far I'm in love with my new vacuum. Funny because I'm not exactly the domesticated type. I have another vacuum that I moved to the 2nd story of my house for the bedrooms and this was purchased for the main area. Although I vacuum refrequently I couldn't believe the dirt and pet hair this thing sucked out of my rug and couch. The handle was cracked when I recieved it but I was still able to put it together and it doesn't affect the function.

I recently ordered the Eureka Capture Plus Hepa Pet Lover bagless vacuum. We are the proud parents of two large dogs, Wednesday and Moxie and one little kitty, Miss Cleo. We love them very much but, I needed a great sweeper to clean up the hair! This is the most awesome machine I have had in a while! I normally go through sweepers fast. They never do a great job on all that hair. When I received this machine, I was very excited with the apperance of it. It looks great! The color and the style are very attractive. But, of course the true test would come in the use. I plugged it in and turned it on and I was blown away by the great job it did. My carpets look incredible. The tool for pet hair on the furniture works excellent! I would recommend this vacuum to anyone who doesn't have alot of money to spend. It's a great value! I bought a refurbished one and it looks brand new. It was packaged and shipped as if it had never been touched. I am so impressed with this machine!! I highly recommend it!

So far so good with this vacuum cleaner. I have yet to try all of the attachments, but what I have used so far work fine. This picks up way more pet hair and leaves my carpet looking much cleaner than my vacuum I used to use.I am very pleased with this purchase and how fast I received it. Came much faster than the estimated shipping said.

I have been very surprised and happy with how well this vacuum works. I have a long haired dog, and nothing has sucked up all the hair before like this vacuum. Very impressed! The tools are all handy, and love that it is a bagless. Great buy!

I have 2 kids and a basset hound who sheds like crazy. After all the reviews, I decided to purchase this refurbished model which was in great condistion. I couldn't tell it was refurbished. It took 2 minutes to assemble and while it is a bit heavy, the motor for the brush system makes moving it around very easy. It works well on my hardwood, carpet and couches, I didn't give it a 5 since I've only had it 1 month now.

It's embarrassing to say that I thought my carpet was clean before this vacuum but I can see now that my old one maybe had stopped working for a while before I realized it. This new vacuum picks up so much more and the first few uses I had to empty it like 3-4 times through 2 rooms and a hallway. I love the fact that it's bagless. Someone complained about it getting clogged but it does have three filters that need to be periodically cleaned. So far, I'm keeping the filters clean, the roller brush clear and the tank empty and it's working great!

I have multiple animals - cats and dogs and birds - and they shed lots of fur. Most vacuums get clogged but this Eureka Capture Plus Vacuum is FABULOUS! I look forward to vacuuming! My only regret is that I didn't buy two of them! Great value, terrific delivery by Overstock.com, too.

I chose the Eureka Capture Plus HEPA Pet Lover Bagless Vacuum because I have two dogs and have used Eureka before. It works great on pet hair. It is easy to operate and to clean. It is a very good vacuum that is affordable.

Purchased this vacuum about 6 months ago and it was great for about 1 month and now it is constantly clogged. I have to unclog it and pull it apart about every week. I have given up on this vacuum! I WOULD NOT recommend this vacuum to anyone.

nice vacuum for the money but like others said, "it's really heavy". We have to put it on the highest setting to be able to push it - it's way heavier then our dyson. It does pick up pet hair/dirt really well. Just wish it was lighter/easier to push. Still love overstock!

I love this vaccum! I was amazed at the amount of dirt this vaccum picked up. The attachments make cleaning vents, blinds and such a breeze. I love the fact that I can empty the cannister after each use instead of keeping a dirt bag inside the vaccum until it was full. My only issue with this vaccum is that it is a tad heavy to push around.

I recieved a refurbished Eureka Pet vac....I was a little concerned cause it was recurbished.BUT.... I am over whelmed by how great it is.......it is in perfect condition...I have a long haired cat which sheds like crazy.......one run over the living room carpet and I had enough fur to knit a whole new cat...the power of the vacuum is awsome...and I love the onboard attachments...a feather duster ...what an idea that was...I have NEVER been disappointed with anything I have bought at Overstock...I am a loyal customer and will remain so....it's really great to do bussiness with an honest, up front company.......Thank you, Janet B.

I bought this vacuum cleaner July 5, 2008. It was a dream come true for the first six weeks. Then it began to clog constantly. This morning it was blowing dirt throughout my house. So I called Eureka, explained the problem and said I wanted my money back. Apparently, this is not an option since I did not buy the vacuum from Eureka, but from a big box retailer. Eureka said that if I want my money back, I will need to hit up the big box retailer, who I'm sure isn't going to want to issue a refund nine months later. I also purchased an extended warranty for $15 that is apparently useless. The nearest Eureka Service Center is more than 200 miles away from where I reside. It would cost me $100 in gas money to drive this $150 vacuum cleaner to a service center. Eureka does not stand behind their product. I have a vacuum that is useless that I wouldn't give away free to my worst enemy. Don't make the same mistake!

I recently purchased this vacume & I gotta tell you....WE LOVE IT! I was attracted to it at first because of the "Pet Lover" & "bagless items. (We live in the country and have 3-5 dogs, 6 cats, and 1 cockatiel which means ALOT of pet hair & dander, dust, pollen, & vacume bags.) We also have ceramic tile floors throughout the whole house. Since the first time we used it & everytime since, we loved it! It really picks up everything a vacume is supposed to. I really shopped around for this item compairing it to other sites & hands down...OVERSTOCK WON! I couldn't find anyone else that offered this kind of price with a 2yr warranty. It's great to FINALLY get what you pay for with great customer service!
