I can't beilve how much dog hair this vaccuum picks up compared to our my vac. I like the bare floor feature that turns the brushes off. On-board tools are conveniently placed and easy to use and replace. It has a longer hose and a longer cord than the old vac. I saw this Eureka model in an on-line store for $50.00 more than I paid. As for durability? Check back with me in 5 years. It's only drawback is its weight. It's a chore to carry to the second floor.

I've spent most of my life using cannister vacuums so this was probably not the best upright for me to start with. The pet attachments are fantastic which is why I purchased it in the first place, but the vacuum is so large and heavy that it's almost impossible to manoeuvre around furniture. And the fact that I can't clean under my bed or other heavy pieces makes it useless for me.

I got this vacuum today and am amazed at how well it works! This thing got up so much dog hair, it was unbelievable! I had no idea that much was lying on my carpets, along with dust and other dirt not visible to the eye. This vacuum got it all up, was easy to assemble, and is so reasonably priced!

I was excited to read all the reviews praising this vaccuum for its' effectiveness with pet fur. I have two golden retrievers. I was somewhat concerned because so many folks said the pet paw didn't work within a few uses. Well, I had the same problem. Although the vaccuum has good suction and does a great job at picking up fur and dirt from the floors and carpet, the pet paw stopped working with the second use!!!I called Eureka and they sent out another PetPaw immediately. It is LOUD, but really does pick up all the fur from the furniture.The hose does not exend easily, and the vaccuum is heavy and noisy. Yet, despite these issues, I would recommend it to anyone with pets.

I bought this vacuum as a gift for my wife and all in all it was a good buy. The only thing that I have found wrong is that the side brushes don't work. Luckily, I can fix that. Other than that, it's a great vacuum.

This vacuum has great power. The first time I used it I was surprised at how much it picked up. The only drawback is that it is a little heavy. But I'm happy with it.

I have had this for about 3 weeks and am very pleased with it. I was amazed by the suction that it has and appalled by the amount of dirt my old vacuum left behind. I have a dog and 3 cats and so pet hair is definately a problem. Works great!

I found this vacuum to be just what I'd been looking for. For years I'd been searching for a vacuum to pick up dirt and pet hair and I finally found this one the Eureka Capture Plus Pet Lover Bagless Vacuum. It is Great and you can see how much pet hair and dirt it picks up when you empty the container. It's easy to assemble and ready to go. I would recommend this product to any one who wants a vacuum with lots of suction power cause that it does have.

Ordered the bright yellow Eureka HEPA filter vac. Man, does it clean! Love being able to see what each session comes up with rather than having it hidden in a bag. However, it squeaks loudly as I push it back and forth. It's not a motor noise, it's a moving noise. I'm sensitive to noise anyway, so it is most annoying. And the filters are muy expensive. Still, it's better than my old one.

I have a cat. I read the reviews, thought this vacuum would be perfect, and especially liked the bagless feature. When the vacuum arrived I took it off the porch and thought, "wow. this thing is heavy!" Brought it inside and learned that wow, this thing is REALLY heavy. I took it out for a test drive, and like other reviewers have said, it does a great job ridding floors of pet hair and dander. BUT. The knob to adjust for use on bare floors or rugs is almost impossible to move. Much worse, it started making a terrible noise about the third time I used it and now is extremely difficult to maneuver. I read the manual and sounds like something is wrong with the power train or something, and it requires taking things apart. To have it go haywire this fast, plus be so extraordinarily heavy puts this into the category of "wish I had never bought this thing." I will have to get another vacuum because I so utterly hate it, and write this review as a cautionary to all those who are comtemplating purchasing one.

So far I'm in love with my new vacuum. Funny because I'm not exactly the domesticated type. I have another vacuum that I moved to the 2nd story of my house for the bedrooms and this was purchased for the main area. Although I vacuum refrequently I couldn't believe the dirt and pet hair this thing sucked out of my rug and couch. The handle was cracked when I recieved it but I was still able to put it together and it doesn't affect the function.

I recently ordered the Eureka Capture Plus Hepa Pet Lover bagless vacuum. We are the proud parents of two large dogs, Wednesday and Moxie and one little kitty, Miss Cleo. We love them very much but, I needed a great sweeper to clean up the hair! This is the most awesome machine I have had in a while! I normally go through sweepers fast. They never do a great job on all that hair. When I received this machine, I was very excited with the apperance of it. It looks great! The color and the style are very attractive. But, of course the true test would come in the use. I plugged it in and turned it on and I was blown away by the great job it did. My carpets look incredible. The tool for pet hair on the furniture works excellent! I would recommend this vacuum to anyone who doesn't have alot of money to spend. It's a great value! I bought a refurbished one and it looks brand new. It was packaged and shipped as if it had never been touched. I am so impressed with this machine!! I highly recommend it!

So far so good with this vacuum cleaner. I have yet to try all of the attachments, but what I have used so far work fine. This picks up way more pet hair and leaves my carpet looking much cleaner than my vacuum I used to use.I am very pleased with this purchase and how fast I received it. Came much faster than the estimated shipping said.

I have been very surprised and happy with how well this vacuum works. I have a long haired dog, and nothing has sucked up all the hair before like this vacuum. Very impressed! The tools are all handy, and love that it is a bagless. Great buy!

I have 2 kids and a basset hound who sheds like crazy. After all the reviews, I decided to purchase this refurbished model which was in great condistion. I couldn't tell it was refurbished. It took 2 minutes to assemble and while it is a bit heavy, the motor for the brush system makes moving it around very easy. It works well on my hardwood, carpet and couches, I didn't give it a 5 since I've only had it 1 month now.

It's embarrassing to say that I thought my carpet was clean before this vacuum but I can see now that my old one maybe had stopped working for a while before I realized it. This new vacuum picks up so much more and the first few uses I had to empty it like 3-4 times through 2 rooms and a hallway. I love the fact that it's bagless. Someone complained about it getting clogged but it does have three filters that need to be periodically cleaned. So far, I'm keeping the filters clean, the roller brush clear and the tank empty and it's working great!

I have multiple animals - cats and dogs and birds - and they shed lots of fur. Most vacuums get clogged but this Eureka Capture Plus Vacuum is FABULOUS! I look forward to vacuuming! My only regret is that I didn't buy two of them! Great value, terrific delivery by Overstock.com, too.

I chose the Eureka Capture Plus HEPA Pet Lover Bagless Vacuum because I have two dogs and have used Eureka before. It works great on pet hair. It is easy to operate and to clean. It is a very good vacuum that is affordable.

Purchased this vacuum about 6 months ago and it was great for about 1 month and now it is constantly clogged. I have to unclog it and pull it apart about every week. I have given up on this vacuum! I WOULD NOT recommend this vacuum to anyone.

nice vacuum for the money but like others said, "it's really heavy". We have to put it on the highest setting to be able to push it - it's way heavier then our dyson. It does pick up pet hair/dirt really well. Just wish it was lighter/easier to push. Still love overstock!
