For the price, this vacuum is fabulous. It never requires going over the same spot twice and the attachments make accessing hard to reach places very easy. The bagless system is efficient and the filters, which need cleaned regularly, are easy to remove and reinstall. Perhaps the only downside to the machine is the weight. It's heavy but I find this a negligeble concern because it functions so well. I purchased one of these for ourselves and finding is so efficient, bought one for our furnished rental property as well. The renters love it.

We got this as a gift and I feel badly that it's turned out to be a dud as far as vacuums go. It stopped picking up within a month of use. And honestly, it never picked up great to begin with. We now have a crawler on the floor and not only do I need the vacuum to pick up debris, I also need it to suck up dust and debris below the top of the carpet. We've changed the belt, taken it apart, read the manual front to back and searched online for advice on what might have gone wrong. I think that, basically, you get what you pay for...and I've decided that it's better to pay more in order to get a vacuum that will last you YEARS instead of weeks.

This vacuum will not pickup anything. The debris rarely makes it through the hose to the container. When I vacuum my area rugs the vacuum "spits" dust and fuzz all over my hardwood floor. Total waste of money

This vacuum cleaner looks great. Unfortunately, I don't buy one for the aesthetics. The suction is gone after just 2 uses. When I say the suction is gone, I mean it does not pick up a piece of thread (as in THREAD) or tiny seeds on the rug, carpet or bare floor. No suction. Even after cleaning the filters and emptying the dust cup. Nothing. Nix. Nada. Zilch.Save yourself the time and money. Do not buy this product.
