  • Nice Outdoor Table

    This is a good outdoor wood folding table for the price. I like the fact that the sides fold down so that it can be stored or covered easily. One side can also fold down and the other side stay open if you want to place the folded down side against a wall and have a half circle table to use and save space on the deck. The umbrella hole is large enough for a 1 3/4" umbrella pole. The color is much more dark brown than featured in the photo, but since its outside in sun, it doesn't seem overly dark. The wood seems to be good quality, but not the best, but fine for the price. It is fairly heavy, so seems stable. I like the fact it came completely assembled and I just removed it from the box and was able to pull open the base legs and use the table. The design of the base legs makes it more stable than some folding tables and seems to give more room underneath for chair legs and people legs.

  • Very Nice Table

    I purchased this table to use on an outside patio. My patio sits adjacent to a car port, so when the table is not in use it will be folded and stored under the car port. It arrived quickly, was well packed, and is much nicer than I anticipated. It is an excellent value for the price.

  • handy and handsome

    This table will get use indoors and outdoors. It's easy to put up and take down and is very compact. Though the color is a bit uneven and the surface could be smoother, I am pleased with my purchase.

  • easy set-up

    Unfolds rights out of the box, usable instantly. Recommend applying sealing finish if it will be unprotected. Versatile table, room for four to dine. It doesn't match the finish of the two existing teak chairs I already had, although the photo on the website gave me hopes that it would - it's a darker stain. I don't need everything in my life to be matchy-matchy, so this isn't really a concern for me, but know that if you're going for a particular look, you should buy chairs from the same manufacturer or get ready to refinish something or other.

So the built-in umbrella holder you mentioned August 2012 was an incorrect description? Does that mean that you cannot use the umbrella hole (which you had also stated was 2 inches in diameter) with a patio umbrella? cy1026 on May 19, 2013

You can use the umbrella hole provided, there just is not an umbrella holder for the table and yes the hole is 2 inches in diameter. When this table is open it is supported by the legs, which keeps either one or both leaves in place. There is no lock when the table is folded closed. Thank you. overstockcustomercare1 on Mar 14, 2013
