Nice lamp, flimsy shade
This is a substantial attractive lamp. The shade is a bit flimsy looking, with very unattractive seam. It supposedly takes a three way bulb, but lost that ability within a few days. May be irrelevant as incandescent bulbs are phased out.

Solid well built lamp. I purchased 2 and I am very satisfied. Very easy to put together and well packaged.

Very nice solid lamp
I love the size of this lamp, and it goes with everything. My only complaint is that the shade seems more ivory than white to me. I can probably switch the bulb (maybe one of those blue-ish efficiency bulbs) to change the tint. Overall I don't love the shade as much as I thought I would, but the nice modern base makes up for it.

Great looking Lamp
Really searched for the right lamps for my master bedroom . Wanted a clean ,modern look without the 'cold' look . I found these lamps and liked the design and height of them . I was very happy when they arrived and were perfect for the space ,very clean design and just the right height for reading before bed . I had searched through so many stores and websites I was relieved to find these -very happy.
