Hardware was good quality but the wood rack seems pretty cheaply made. One of the rods was curved instead of straight (not a huge deal as it's covered by the wine bottles but imperfect none-the-less). We chose to hang the rack from the ceiling so when we screwed the hooks into the wood it split and chipped. It's high enough up that you can't really see it but another aggravation to a perfectionist such as myself. Overall I like the way it looks but quality is lacking.

Wine rack looks great and was easy to install. I replaced the chains with four cables coming out of the ceiling.. Wife loves it
