I was a bit nervous to purchase a refurbished unit, but I knew that this would be a secondary coffee machine for me, not used every day (I have drip coffee daily). It has worked well, I've used it about 10 times. The shell on the top of the unit is uneven down the center seam - I suspect that is why it had been returned to become a refurbished unit. The unevenness is just cosmetic and does not affect the function. Overall I'm happy with this unit and would purchase again.

I have had the machine for about 3 weeks. It arrived in a timely manner and appeared brand new. Documentation was included. It is very easy to use and quick. I have been very pleased with the quality and ease of making espresso. The machine is small, not taking up too much room on the counter. The initial setting for the espresso was for a single shot, about 1.5oz. but it is adjustable to make a double shot and fill the espresso cup. It is a simple machine with just two buttons, one for espresso and one for lungo. Parts are easy to clean. The cost savings of the refurbished machine on Overstock were great, of course you don't get any coffee with it buying this way, but the Nespresso club offers good introductory deals so you still come out ahead.

We looked at several expresso machines, some as high as $XXXX.XX dollars, but this machine is a dream to operate. The price was $XXX.XX dollars and we are glad we decided against the pod type machine. We can use the pods but we go thru several cups a day. The machine looks very modern and sleek.

Item arrived in good shape very well packed in multiple nested boxes. There are only a couple light scratches which was to be expected for a refurbished machine. Everything works well and I am happy with the item.

Nespresso Citiz refurbished was delivered and works perfectly. A great savings and a great product. I use it multiple times a day--- and Nespresso Club is perfect way to buy the coffee. 5-star happy.

This is my second machine. I owned the first one for about five years until I accidentially submerged it in water and ruined the machine. I bought my second one and have been using it it for the past three years. This purchase was a gift for my parent's, my parent's always comment how good the coffee is when they come to my house so I thought I would surprise them. You will not find a better espresso maker for the money.

I was looking for an *automatic* Nespresso machine, but didn't want to pay close to $200 for a new one. This refurbished unit is great--operates and looks just like a new one. The titanium color is very handsome. The price was only slightly higher than for the *manual* one now being mass marketed. Be aware that with the manual machine, you have to press and hold the button until you want the machine to stop dispensing.

Very very disappointed. I was so excited about my purchase and was " bragging" to family and friends on Thanksgiving about my find on overstocked and how it is the best website...then when setting this up for after dinner esspressos with everyone and taken out of the box to use for the first time, the handle wouldn't latch so was leaking water everywhere. No esspressosnfor us :-( I'm sure brand new it's fine and it is a very nice machine but, I don't think it was ever refurbished.

Have a Breville for our main home and a drip coffee maker for our 2nd. Missed the rich taste of espresso in my americanos, so decided to order something less expensive for our 2nd home. After much research, decided on a Nespresso. Was apprehensive about ordering a refurbished item, but read all the positive reviews on Overstock. And truly, I was excited about the significant savings while still obtaining a rich tasting americano. That did not occur ... TWICE! Unpackaged my refurbished Nespresso Citiz, got it all set up and TA DA ... no water coming through. Troubleshooted with Nespresso direct for 20 minutes to no avail. They said it was because of an air bubble that needed to be pushed through. Contacted Overstock and they rushed another one out to me. Equally excited this time because the last time had to be a fluke and THE SAME THING OCCURRED! Went through all the troubleshooting techniques that I had gone through with Nespresso Customer Service, but nothing. Contacted Overstock again, but this time I'm just returning it. Will purchase new and need to since I was idiot enough to purchase 100 capsules through Nespresso! The only reason this is getting 1 star (well, because you can't give 0!) is because Overstock Customer Service has been great. I have never purchased an item refurbished in the past and will never do so in the future. Please think twice before doing so!

We looked for some time for an espresso machine of good quality (have gone through several of the $30-50 ones from Target over the years) and this one was worth the extra $$ so far. It is of very good quality from what I can tell and the color looks great in my kitchen. We use it everyday. It is easy to use and makes a great latte.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, who makes himself a latte every day. He has been using the cheapest of the cheap Mr. Coffee espresso maker and has sworn by it. ** at **. But....I decided we needed an upgrade, so I looked and looked at so many espresso videos on ** and **. I wanted to get the entire setup for less than **. A burr grinder is essential so I bought one to go with this machine. The reason that I chose the Poemia is that it has the same guts as the more expensive Saeco machines. Feedback from my hubby: shots are not strong enough, even if you grind your beans ultra fine. Keep in mind he likes 5 shots in his lattes. But he really likes the foaminess he can get out of this. So, as a compromise, he makes smaller lattes with smaller shots. I, however, LOVE this machine! I like a medium strong shot, and this makes a good one, with lots of crema. Apparently any machine you buy under, say, **, isn't going to make you a stronger shot anyway, so why pay the money? This machine also looks very nice, is very easy to master, and I love love love it!!!

The expresso machine is very loud I can't use it in the morning without wakeing everyone up. And the refurbished modle did not come with instructions.

While I do not drink any coffee product, I purchased this machine for friends who do. One of them, a restaurant worker, came to use the machine and was surprised to find that it had two holes for serving two only. Using a burr grinder, he could not get a fine enough grind to use with the machine. So, I purchased espresso beans and ground them in a commercial store grinder. It worked better. People say the espresso is good. For home use this is probably a decent product.

I bought this Breville Espresso Maker for my husband for Christmas. I researched Espresso makers for a week before I decided on the Breville Infuser Espresso maker. The machine is beautiful, well built with Stainless Steel. The instructions were clear and fairly easy to follow for a first time espresso maker like me. It heats up Fast and is ready to use almost as soon as you put it on. The Milk Frothier works perfectly and doesn't spray the milk all over like other frothiers I've used. My husband says it taste better than the coffee shop and saves him money and time. It only takes a few minutes to make it for him. I use the instant hot water for my tea. Well worth the price and makes my kitchen look even more beautiful.

Easy to use, easy to clean. This machine makes great expresso. The milk steamer takes minimal time to heat up and makes impressive froth. Prior to this purchase, I haven't had good luck with refurbished appliances; but, so far, so good.

I was slightly unsure at the time of purchase since I had never bought a refurbished product, however this espresso machine has been great. Nothing overly fancy-it makes good espresso and the steam wand is perfect for one glass of milk or so. Everything included (machine, steam pitcher, espresso scoop; etc) except the espresso cups but those are easy to find at any store.

Machine works great and came well packaged. Had a coupon so i was able to add the extended warranty to the refurbished product which gave me great peace of mind. Works well, easy to clean, one of the better espresso machines around.

If you like espresso and don't like hassles, you'll love the Nespresso Citiz! The espresso may not be quite as good as from a traditional espresso maker, but it's still pretty darn good and you can't beat the convenience, basically just drop an espresso capsule in, press a button, and wait 30 seconds or so for your drink! Produces a nice crema. The pour size is adjustable so if you like your espresso a little long or short versus the traditional cup size, it's easy to reprogram the machine to do so. This machine was a refurb, but mine came out of the box looking brand new. One warning: the machine doesn't ship with any espresso capsules, and you can't buy them locally (unless you live in NY or Chicago) so be sure to order some capsules from Nespresso.com as soon as you order your machine or you'll find yourself with a machine but no espresso (which, sadly, is what happened to me).

Great fun and great espresso's, etc. No hassles with the enclosed DVD instructions.

This is very easy to use for heating milk or frothing milk for cappucino. I only wish it had a warming feature, which it does not.
