Looks great but doesn't hold up
This is a lovely piece but we just bought it a few months ago and it is completely falling apart. The seams on the top of the piece are splitting all over. There are 8 separate seams on the top are exposed and showing fray on ours. The legs are very wobbly and also aren't holding up to use. This is really a nice looking piece and the hinges are great and close slowly so no one gets fingers pinched. If you're going to buy it and not use it, it looks great. If you are going to sit on it or have kids around it, I would recommend you not buy it.

Very nice looking but very poor quality. The seams are busting aflter about 3 weeks. Extremly disappointed!!!

Buttonless
Buttons are coming off, Customer Service Rep gave me less than 4 days to get pics to them, or claim is closed, top is uneven with bottom when closed. Beware before buying , looks good in picture. Quality & Craftsmanship below standards for the price, look at local Furniture store than compare.

Great Buy!
I recently purchased this ottoman as a means of storing my newborn's toys to keep our cozy home looking neat. It is great. It provides enough storage for the toys, a snuggie, and two laptops (with cords) with room to spare. We are enjoying this and believe it is a great purchase for the money. We hope it lasts a long time.

Poor quality, no return recourse
We received the red ottoman last November. After less than a year, the seams on top have begun to split. This is not a piece of furniture that will stand up to regular use. In addition, there is no warranty on the item so you will have no means to get it replaced should it fail or begin to fall apart. Purchase with caution.

Not as roomy as I had hoped
I purchased this item for a place to put spare blankets. I would have liked for it to be a little bit deeper but it is perfect to put things in and have additional seating in the bedroom.

Storage bench espresso
I bought this for the walk-in area of my foyer. Nice touch. Great quality. Looks so expensive I get so many compliments on it. Great place to store items that don't really have a place. Love love love cushioned buttoned detailing on the top. Comfortable to sit on.

Leather storage bench
The bench itself is beautiful to look at, the workmanship is decent. The quality of the materials used to make the bench was not very good. Two days after getting the bench, my dog laid against it and pushed it a little to the side, this cause the legs to plop off and the entire bench to topple. At first I thouhgt that the legs had become unscrewed and needed to be tightened.... not at all. The entire assembly into which the legs had been screwed, had crumbled, the wood holding the assemble crumbled and legs came off. Overstock was very good about replacing the item, however the replacement is now wobbling and I only took it out of the box 2 days ago. Have put it in a spot where it cannot be pushed... so we will see.
