Espresso Computer Desk

The desk arrived with multiple manufacturing flaws. None of them affect the function or assembly of the desk. They are all cosmetic. None of it appears to be shipping damage. Only one bit of damage was bad enough and visible enough to make me want to return the desk but by then I had already unpacked the whole thing and there was no way I was going to be able to get it back in the box again. My own experience along with what a couple of the other reviews say make me hesitant to reccomend this product. Although some of the reviews are good ones, it appears that quality control at the factory in China is less than ideal.

Product had cracked wood. Will never order again from Overstock as I do not know how I could return this product without being inconvenienced!!!!!

The assembly of this desk is a little difficult. There are a lot of parts to it but once you put it together you can see it is well made and sturdy. It is a great desk for a small space. It is very functional too!

The desk looks pretty good now that it is together, but does have some dings and scratches in the wood from shipping. I really like the design and the look of the desk but it is made of really thin, hollow wood that is easily scratched or damaged. Also, it came in pieces as the description stated it would, but I was not expecting to have to drill my own holes in the actual desk top to put it together. It was fine because I have a drill, but it wouldn't have been had I not. Another issue is that 2 of the drawers don't fit as well as they should. One drawer looks a little too small and the other is a little to wide. Overall, We really like the desk for the price, but beware, you get what you pay for.
