Espresso Brown Reclining Club Chair and Storage Ottoman

One of the biggest lessons about business I learned from my 8-year-old son. He told me that when he makes big decisions -- like about what color bicycle to ask Santa for Christmas, or about what to name his pet goldfish -- he finds that he makes the best decisions, the ones which end up proving to be the right ones, in his “comfy thinking place,” which is his treehouse in the backyard. This reclining club chair is my “comfy thinking place.” I have made many of best decisions while sitting in it. The best feature of this chair and ottoman set? Total serenity.

NIce chair. I had some trouble with shipment not going out. I called customer service and they corrected the problem. Also some difficulty with essembly. Worth the price.

I love this Espresso Brown Reclining Club Chair and Storage Ottoman. I have ordered this elegant and comfortable set as a birthday present for my husband and he was astonished by it. The dark brown color is not only elegant and warm, but matches with the classic beauty of the study. I was surprised by the price and the great quality of this functional set. Gladly, now my husband not only sits comfortably but has a place where to store their unnecessary papers and things.

The chair was delivered damaged... the top part of the back seat had two small puncture marks. I immediately called OS and they offered to ship a new seat part but I told them I want to return the whole chair for a complete refund. They said that was fine but I have to wait 1-2 days to get an email and then I have to wait for someone from the shipping company to inspect the item. That will be a pain because I will have to take off work to make sure I am here for the inspection. WHAT A HASSLE! I guess that is the price you pay for ordering furniture off the net. I ordered this chair after reading all of the great reviews... but I could not agree less with the postivie reviews. The leather looks cheap (I used to call this type of leather "pleather" which is short for plastic leather). The chair finish is very shiny which makes it look even cheaper. The worst part about the chair was the fabric "stretch marks" on both sides of the top part of the back seat. You can barely see it in the picture here but in person there's like 10 ripples on both sides. Even though the chair seemes firm, I dont think it would withstand every day use. I would rather spend an extra $$ and buy from **** because I know that chair will last. This chair is VERY CHEAP looking. I guess its ok if you dont appreciate quality or maybe if you're not going to sit on it much. But I would not reccommend this chair to anyone who plans on using it as a focal point in a room or for daily use.
