The ottoman arrived well protected by its packaging and in perfect condition. (I have shopped Overstock.com for a long time and have never received a damaged product yet!) Assembly consisted of attaching the legs and was incredibly easy. The product itself was very nice and a great value. I am still enjoying that nice leather smell...!
I must say I love this ottoman. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it is. Just as it was shown on the web site, but even more attractive in real life. Soft luscious chocolate leather, very soft to sit on but firm enough to use as a low table. Large storage space with very well secured lining- and strong lockable hinges on the lid to keep it open. Lightweight and easy to move, sturdy attractive feet just screw on easily. Don't miss this lovely ottoman, I may get another one. Great bargain. Delivered quickly in a box with soft padding surrounding the entire ottoman. No damage. Enjoy!
I bought this ottoman two years ago and loved it. I used the storage for toys for our son since we only had one living space. We just recently moved and have more space now so I bought a second one to go side by side with the first. The color, style, and material are great. They are super sturdy and require no assembly except screwing on the feet! Great product!
I am completely satisfied with this Ottoman.The leather is even softer than I expected, the workmanship is very neat and I love the way the lid opens because it doesn`t slam down, it gradually closes when you want it to.

I knew that I was going to love this ottoman from the other reviews as well as the photos and description.. Sure enough, it's as good as expected. The feet even have discs under them to protect the floors. It's comfortable for sitting on, or to rest your feet.. I just ordered this Thursday morning, and it was just delivered by FedEx...on a Saturday!!! And there's supposed to be an additional charge for Saturday deliveries, but I'm a Club O member, and wasn't charged. This company amazes me!!! Thanks, Overstock!
