Not so great!
The kettle turned out to be somewhat disappointing. The glass window in the kettle is to provide a guide for water lever, but its very hard to tell how much water is in the kettle. Don't like the on/off switch. Hard to tell when the kettle is on or off since the switch does not provide much light.

I loved my kettle as soon as it arrived. Beautifully designed with high quality materials. I especially like the fact the the inside is stainless steel, making it easier to clean. I discovered that using filtered water eliminates the mineral buildup that killed my last kettle. Easy to operate and it looks great on the kitchen counter. I give it 5 stars.

so far we are very pleased. we were originally shipped the wrong item but the email chat service and customer service was OUTSTANDING and very responsive. The correct product arrived very quickly and in time for Christmas! I had always wondered how glitches would be solved with Overstock and also how happy I'd be with only an email chat service I am 100% satisfied. FIVE stars on this one!
