Sleek, accurate, & easy to store
This is a high-quality product. Best feature is that you can "tare" or "zero-out" your plate/container/etc. So for example I put my plate & veggies on the scale, zero it out, and then am able to add exactly 5 oz (or whatever) of protein.

Perfect kitchen scale
This a great kitchen scale. It is thin enough to stand on edge in my cabinet out of the way. It measures up to 15 pounds in .1 ounce increments. You can also place a container on it then press "Tare". It subtracts the weight of the container and returns to zero. Add the ingredient or food to weigh it . I have not had a digital scale before so measuring to the 0.1 ounce (a tenth of an ounce) is great. I have been measuring a container, writing down the weight, adding the ingredient, writing down the new weight, then subtracting to get the ingredient weight for years. This is soooo easy. I love the scale.

Exactly what I needed
Was everything I hoped for in a scale: variety of weighing units, large minimum to maximum range, ease of use and convenient storage. As stated by other customers, this is very slim. Its compact size and straight edges make it a dream to store upright in a cupboard or cabinet (which is what I do). No more second-thoughts about measuring because I don't feel like digging out the mechanical scale which doesn't always have the capacity needed. Tare & hold features are GREAT. Have used it for food & postage with excellent results. (Love that 15 lb maximum for packages.) Control buttons are VERY responsive but weighing area is large enough to easily avoid accidental button-change. Only con is manufacturer's instructions are rather skimpy...just hope I never have to replace the battery 'cuz that process is studiously ignored.
