There was a nick on the corner of the top of the desk. But to return it would have taken longer than I desired so I mended it and am using it anyway. It's a bit of an eyesore, but it works for what I need it for. Fast transaction.

I have assembled a few different computer desks in the past, and this one is by far the easiest to assemble. I found it easier to assemble up-side down. It was great that it came with the appropriate tools, so even a 'direction-challenged' person couldn't mess it up. The instructions were uncomplicated, step by step, and accurate. I did find that I had more room on the desk if the legs on the removable shelf were screwed on backward so that when attached to desk, it sticks out rather than on top of it. I think that this just adds to the versatility of the desk, especially those who are challenged with space. I liked that I kind of got to pick where the extra shelf goes, or if I wanted to include the cd/dvd/cd rom rack. The rolling feature is nice, and I really like that the two front wheels have locking mechanisms so it won't move when writing or when moving the key board shelf in and out. The granite goes well with any standard black desk chair, which avoids the need to buy a different chair then you probably already own.

The box came quite beat up, but I opened the box to find everything well packaged and intact. It comes with simple instructions, tools and all parts including spare screws/bolts. I found the order of assembly odd but it all came together quite nice, except I had trouble getting the screws into the slide-out tray because the pre-drilled holes were not deep enough leaving the board shaky & loose. I fixed that problem (w/ hammer/nail). The top (3rd)shelf that I put my 17" LCD monitor(20-lbs) fits perfectly leaving room on the desk for modem,wireless router, speakers, miscellaneous items/writing & mouz. Enough space on bottom for PC & sub woofer(w/space between the two of course). The CD holder ya don't really need to installed unless you own/use CD's 'cause the CD's cases fit loosely, and DVD-Rom software has a stiff fit.Finally the finished product...Excellent!

Received this desk last night and my husband and I were extremely impressed. It was so easy to put together, everything was numbered. I would highly recommend it. Quality was really nice.

I like this desk a lot for my apartment, but it definately doesn't work if you are intending to use the desk for writing as well as for the computer. I even bought the flat panel monitor, but there isn't enough room to write. Since I was really looking for the computer station, I will make do with my dining table when I need to use pen and paper. Assembly was not difficult, though I put the legs on backwards and had to re-do them. It is key to decide how you want to use the side table piece. It barely fit my printer, and I needed to try it on each side before I could figure out where to put it. Other than that, I like it. It looks nice.

We didn't realize that there was no room on the pullout keyboard tray until it was assembled, or we would not have ordered it. We are trying to find an economical mouse platform that will attach to the table, but have not had much success. With the casters on, the table is too high, so we had to remove the casters so our monitor will be at eye level. The legs tend to sway. Overall, we wish we had searched further for a better product.

We bought this desk for our daughter and she was able to put it together by herself. It is very sturdy and attractive looking and fits well in a small corner of her room.

There is really no room for the mouse on pull out, other than that you should be okay. Assembly was done by my teenage son. Works for central computer in basement.

Very easy to put together. Only thing I didn't like was that the CD rack sits so far back. Other than that, it's great. Fits the place I needed it for and looks good too.

The table is exactly what I needed. Just a couple of inches smaller simply because the measurements is probably taken from the CD holder (which I did not use). The CD holder is clumsy but the table is perfect for my need. Material and workmanship are good quality considering the price. Thank you Overstock.

I def didnt expect the ease of assembly or how expensive the desk looks. It is worth every dollar and great workmanship.

It is a very space saving bench, however, the keyboard tray only barely has room for my keyboard, and no room for the mouse. This leads to me having the mouse on a higher level than the keyboard, which can be a strain. All in all good value for the buck, just slightly on the narrow side.

It's pretty nice and sturdy. Easy to assemble, really good for smaller spaces....BUT I thought I was getting a desk that was 33 inches across and this one is only 27.... it works, but it doesnt leave much space for paper work.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. great space saver for small areas. If you have trouble looking up toward a monitor, you might have to use a higher chair or stool to bring you even with the top of the desk. Very solid and a good value.

I needed a desk for my apt. I didn't want nothing to big that took too much space. This was the perfect desk. It was easy to assemble. I like the fact that it has wheels too.

I have had this desk for almost a month now. It is very compact and sturdy. I live in a small apartment and needed a computer desk that I could tuck away in a corner or temporarily move to another room of my apartment. This desk fit the bill!! I wish that the cherry was a darker wood. Other than that, I have no issues with the desk. I would recommend this desk to anyone who is looking for a smaller mobile desk. It is definitely a great space saver!!!

This desk fit nicely into the tight space I have for my little office. It went together quite easily even with my five year olds help. The woodgrain almost looks real, which was a nice surprise for the price. It is sturdier than I expected and has stood up well to work, games, lunches, kids, and cats. Perfect.
