Hello vanessa, the EZ 4000 model is more premium and features energy saving features that the 820 model does not like auto display shut off. The 4000 model also has the venting booster fan. Thanks for shopping with us!

The EW 820 is the washer only & the EZ 4000 CV is the combination washer dryer. EZ 4000 CV has a feature of being converted into venting or ventless based on your requirement.
