Made of cast aluminum, this griddle heats evenly for perfect cooking results and is rust and warp resistant. Both sides are nonstick for easy release and clean up. Griddle sits on two gas or electric burners for a 20-inch by 11-inch cooking surface. On the grill side the diagonal patterns of grooves drain off fat while creating the signature look and texture of grilling.- Materials: Cast aluminum
