I very much like that this is a mechanical grinder and that it has salt and pepper in one. Does a good job of grinding the salt and pepper and looks good too! When I first loaded it, the pepper side would have a "skip" every now and then, where the grinder would turn but no pepper would come out. It's possible this was because I loaded it too full of peppercorns. Also, I should add that we don't use a lot of salt and pepper at the table so it hasn't had a workout, but for our purposes, this one is great! I would buy it again.

    Great duel pepper mill..I keep 2 different pepper corns on each side. It has the option of fine or coarse grinding. Easy to fill. Modern design goes with most decor. Looks great on the counter, nice and slim. Would definitely recommend.
