This is a great rug pad. Doesn't smell funny like other rug pads do and is just enough cushion under the rug. It's nice and flat and stays in place. It also is just a bit smaller than the rug which is great because none of it sticks out. I've had the problem of rug pads saying they're for a 4' x 6' rug and the actual pad is 4' x 6' which is far too large when you put it under the rug because you have to have it positioned just right so that it isn't sticking out anywhere. I really love this rug pad and highly recommend it!!!

Eco-friendly must be a matter of perspective. Claims are "100% plant based oils", so this polymer coated polyester textile may not be what you want.

This brand arrives cut cleanly and to the correct dimensions. It has a low profile, lies flat immediately, doesn't smell and holds the rug in place securely.

This rug pad is smaller than the size noted, as others have said, but it is not noticeable at all under our rug. It had a light smell when un-packaged but since then there has been no smell. It definitely holds our rug in place and makes our rug a comfy place to sit. I was glad to pay a little extra to get an environmentally friendly pad that does a great job.

Its a grip pad for UNDER my rug so I forgot I even bought it until I decided to write myt reviews for the rugs. I guess that says it all - if it made my rug slip I would know it was there! I have it on a tile floor in my foyer. It was a little larger than my rug so I had to trim it with no problems. I do not like chemicals in my home so that is why I went with this environemntaly friendly rug pad. No odor, no staining, no residue.

This is a very nice rug pad which works nicely for providing some extra padding for a carpet over tile. However, it does not fully measure 4 x 6 -- it is smaller than 4 x 6. So there is a big square area around the outside which has no padding which is not what I had in mind. I thought it would be 4 x 6 as that is what it says! I may be returning it so I can get a full size 4 x 6 pad.

Great pad. Fits under rug with no seams (as long as all creases are out and pad is totally flat). Rug stays in place wonderfully!

Like everything I get from Overstock.com it came very quickly. The price was right and it's always great to have a green option. It works great. The rug doesn't move around at all. It's the 3rd one I've purchased (all different sizes) and so far my beautiful bamboo floor looks fine underneath but I haven't had the floor or the rug pads for very long so only time will tell.

Works perfectly & was thicker than I expected...purchased a couple more immediately.

After a horrible accident early this summer,requiring major surgery, a week in the hospital , two in rehab and months of recuperation, I want all surfaces in our home to be safe and non slippery...I bought these pads, one to cut into two smaller sizes and one larger one, solely for the purpose of having the smaller area rugs stay put on our hardwood floors.. and now they do!The pads are easy to cut if too large ,and do not harm my floors and they KEEP THE RUGS FROM MOVING! And all at a fair price. Highly recommended !

This is a very good rug pad for the price. It holds my rug firmly in place, and it does not move at all. It is also great that it is enviromentally friendly and not toxic like many other rug pads.
