The site said I should allow 5-10 business days for delivery. It was more like three days. The mattress smelled a little, for sure, but it was big deal. I still was able to sleep on it the day I got it in the mail. I just laid it right down on top of my futon and by the time I was ready for bed it was pretty much at it's full height. I absolutely love sleeping on the topper. It is very comfortable and my lower back has actually been feeling a bit better. I sleep more soundly, deeply, and wake up very rested. I would definitley recommentd this to a friend.

i ordered for a friend, who is overall happy with it, but says it's about 6" in both directions shorter than her bed. some other reviews said that this was close to bed size, but i don't think so. since this doesn't come with a custom-fit cover, i'm ordering her another one in a larger size that she can cut down to her bed-size after unpacking.so, order a size larger than you need. and if you've got a king bed, be prepared to have it smaller.otherwise, she seems pleased with it's comfort and give.

This mattress pad was way too soft for my back and my husbands and I weigh under 150lbs. It's almost difficult to turn over on this pad because you're sunk into a groove. When it ships it's completely flattened; so good luck getting it back into the box if you decide to return it. We're dealing with that hassle right now.

Pros:* With the 4 inch thickness, it has enough loft to cushion you even if you're a heavy side sleeper like me (I'm 5'11" tall, 280lb).* This is no ordinary discount foam mattress topper; it is very dense memory foam that conforms nicely to the shape of your body. It feels like I'd imagine sleeping on very dense mud would be like -- any sharp body parts like elbows or knees sink into the foam whle the larger flatter surfaces like the torso is nicely cradled.Cons:* It would be nice if it came with some sort of cover. The pad is a strange green color and looks unfinished when the sheets aren't on.* The pad takes several hours to rise to it's full thickness.* The pad has a chemical smell for a few days until it's aired out.* The pad is very heavy -- it is a bit hard to move around to put on and off of the bed.

I was sooo pleased to get the 4" mattress topper. It was a bit heavy for me to handle, but I received some help. I aired out the mattress for several days and had 2 air purifiers running after I placed it on my bed. The smell lingered for a while, but now it is gone. I absolutely love the support the foam mattress gives my back. I would recommend this mattress to everyone. The price was very reasonable, which made me very happy, too!
