Honestly, I've had many overstock purchases recently and this one really blew me away. I thought it was lucite/acrylic..nope! It's glass! Beautiful clear glass spheres anchored by a very heavy base. And a breeze to put together. Triple love this!

This is a beautiful lamp. The spheres are glass, not acrylic, and the base is quite heavy. The metal portions ARE metal - not coated plastic. I didn't care for the shade - it doesn't seem to fit the design - and replaced it with a silver-grey drum shade. It's one of my favorite pieces... even with buying a new shade the price on this lamp is unbelievable. In a good way!

This lamp is heavy and solid, definitely high quality for the price. I ended up changing the shade on mine due to some space issues regarding where I needed lighting. I would recommend this product.

I thought about buying this lamp for a long time. At first I wasn't sure I liked it enough, but the more reviews I read and the more I thought about it, the better it looked to me. I took the leap, and it was the right move. It's a lovely, unique lamp that is interesting in itself. Fascinating to look at as a sculptural piece, wonderfully functional as a lamp. I chose the brownish shade, not the white, and it's perfect. The lamp is like nothing else I've got in my house, yet somehow it really fits.

Because the spacers are not all cenrtered on each sphere, the stem of the lamp is crooked. I have cardboard underneath the base on one side to make it look more even. Disappointing.

Love this lamp. Very beautiful. ( I just wish it had been made in America. It is made in China ). I also bought the matching table lamp. They add imagination to my decor. Love the little crystal balls that reflect the light. You cannot ind lamps like these in the stores. I love "Overstock.com"....I live in a small town and all I have is ***.

The lamp is as stated. it does lean but that is to be expected wtih a screw together floor lamp. The crystal balls are not as shiny or "crystal" looking as expected, but it still is a handsome lamp. The shade is downright plain and completely detracts from an otherwise pretty lamp. I removed the shade and replaced it with a black and white tapestry shade from *** which increased its "wow" factor.

• How is the quality of the product? since it is a screw together lamp, the lamp does tilt which can be remedied by shimming it under base.
• Did the description onsite accurately describe the product? The shade is quite boring. It has a golden shine but the lamp style is so simple and common that the golden material gets lost.

I saw this lamp at a certain store and wanted it so badly. The price of that lamp was $300, WITHOUT a shade!!! I simply cannot pay that much for a lamp. I was lead to Overstock by a blog that I read where the writer shows less expensive versions of furniture. My Overstock lamp looks EXACTLY like the expensive one and I am very, very happy. I even like the lampshade but I'm going to have to either change it or find a way to make it over with fabric or craft paint since the color just doesn't go with my bedroom decor. I love the clear balls and the way light reflects off them. It's great in a small room like my bedroom because, as the decorators say, it doesn't take up any visual space. I highly recommend this floor lamp; it is super easy to put together (took me less than 15 minutes) and just looks amazing. I cannot recommend this lamp enough. You will not be disappointed. I just might order another one for my living room.
