The shade color is just as it's pictured. The quality was nicer than expected: heavier, clear glass globes, and a solid base. I've seen similar lamps in stores and this one seemed more solid. The packing was excellent and the lamp post easily screwed together. It has a nice, up-scale look.

The assembly of the lamp could not be easier. Nice weight and look. The complaint I have is that my lamp is bent! At first we thought maybe the floor where the lamp sat was sloped, but upon closer inspection it's the lamp. Where the lower sphere section meets the middle sphere section (you simply screw them together), the mount where they screw together is mounted wrong (off center). Therefore, the lamp is straight about half way up, then slants quite a bit at the top. Now, when I look at the lamp, that's all I notice. So, before you throw away the packaging, please take a really good look at yours. Besides that, I'm very happy with the lamp.

As a previous reviewer stated, the wire was not threaded through the base like it was supposed to be and it leaves the lamp looking uneven. Other than that it is good quality, but I am also annoyed that they didn't catch that before shipping it. Did anyone else have this problem with the lamp?

I am very impressed with this lamp, particularly the value of it. I've seen comparable lamps at other retailers, but this one at overstock has the best price. The lamp has some heft to it, the base is heavy and the balls are either glass or crystal, not a lightweight plastic. Some reviewers did not care much for the shade, but it is a neutral cream color and it does not bother me. I think the lamp would go well in a room with a modern or some kind of eclectic style. The glass/crystal balls add brightness and sparkle (depending on how the sun comes through the windows) to our living room. When I first assembled the lamp, I thought it stood up a little crooked. This isn't very noticeable though, and my husband didn't think it was crooked at all.

I looked everywhere for a glass or resin floor lamp and just happened to stumble across these from Overstock. I'm so glad I did! I saved easily $200 and paid almost nothing for shipping. I did, however, change the lamp shade like so many other people have.

This lamp is soooo beautiful. I thought twice before spending this much on a lamp ... and I'm not sorry I did. It looks amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. It has just the right amount of vintage and modern mixed together. I love it.

This lamp is excellent quality and appears just as it is pictured. It was well packaged and easy to assemble. The shade is nice quality and is a neutral color that compliments most any decor. I highly recommend this lamp!

Looks exactly as it does on-line. Was the perfect height, not the tallest lamp so make sure to measure how high you need it. The shade is also great quality, i don't think i'm going to replace it as other buyers have. It is a beautiful lamp, glad i purchased.

I watched this lamp for a few weels & finally purchased it when I got an extra $10 off on a special overstock deal. Missed the matching table lamps, but that was because I was waiting for a "deal". I absolutely love this lamp!!! Putting it together was a snap. Have received many favorable comments on it from visitors & friends. Overstock is a great bargain place to shop!!!!

This unusual floor lamp is actually nicer than any of the photos show. Because it is made of graduating resin clear plastic spheres, it's hard to photograph, but these spheres reflect the images close by which make the lamp a very interesting piece. It assembles quickly and brainlessly and weighs a lot-this is a piece of substance. The shade is beautiful, the base is beautiful and solid and the height of the lamp is excellent to go behind a side table and chair or to stand alone in a corner. It is easy to reach from sitting or standing (I am handicapped and six feet tall when standing) and the quality of the shade makes the eco-friendly bulbs look like natural sunlight. this is a wonderful item and well worth it at twice the price.

The lamp is everything your reviewerts said plus; it is beautiful The crystal balls on the column from the base to the shade allow the colors of the room and furniture to define the color and it blends into the room perfectly! I put it together in 5 minutes and it is extremely sturdy. I couldn't be happier with the purchase!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these lamps! They're heavy, made well and looks fantastic! I have checked around for the price and found Overstock was the only one that carried them. I was thrilled when I got them. Very simple design but makes my den look great!

Although this Lamp was easy to put together, it was rather awkward to handle by myself. It says it's a 3 way light, mine only works with the single power bulb, it did not light up the differant levels of the 50/75/100 watt bulb,only the 50 watt came on. Oh well, it looks nice and it lights up to be able to read, that's the main thing I wanted.
