It took me a long time to decide on buying these lamps and I am so glad I took the chance. They are beautiful! The photo does not do them justice. They arrived quickly and were well-packed. The base is beige and varying shades of sage green crackle with maroon bands top and bottom. These lamps are much better looking than any lamps I saw in stores for the same amount of money. I am very glad I bought them.

For the price it was a great buy. However, it arrived with a broken finial which Overstock replaced immediately. The customer service is so great to deal with; they are to be commended.

I searched for months wanting a lamp for my family room that had "personality." Something with character, color, but needed a specific height and width due to the small accent table it would be displayed on. My new lamp came carefully packed and met all my expectations. This is a beautiful lamp. I bought a couple for the master bedroom, and am truly happy with their somewhat monumental appearance. The base looks exactly as pictured, while the silk shade has a very rich luster. The end piece is actually different than pictured, it is a ceramic ball with the same color scheme as the base. It was easy to assemble, and the 3-way bulb works the way one would expect. One of the lamps has some discoloration on the wooden portion of the base, but nothing worth exchanging it. Overall - a terrific deal!

The pair spruced up a country living room or master bedroom easily. One curved metal piece unclear where it belongs so I left it off! Works great! Would like to see more in different color variations.............

It's got a real asian feel; a nice surprise for me -- made me love it more. Looks great and gets compliments from all my patients. I went to buy a second one but all sold out. Colors totally matched my 'fall decor' for living room like setting (psychologist)

This was a pleasant surprise. The lamp was well packaged and was delivered promptly. The picture does not do it justice. The colors and detail of this lamp are perfect. I needed these particular colors and a lamp of this size. I loved it so much I purchased another one. Don't hesitate buying this lamp, its absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful, nicely balanced but although the switch turns three times, it does operate as a three way.

There is not one thing I do not like about this lamp. Love the shape as I needed the wide but narrow outline. The colors are as stated and look beautiful. The shade was much more expensive looking than I expected. The padded silk feeling kind. Packaged securely and nothing missing or broken. Thanks for great service, excellent price and quick delivery. Better than shopping around town in a car.

I have been looking along time for lamps, and I have looked at these lamps several times. So I ordered the, and I'm glad I did, they are beautiful, and they are the right size for my living room. But the best part is the finial matches the base of the lamp, AWESOME!!!!!!!

I purchased 2 of these lamps for my family room and am very pleased with them. The colors are what I anticipated and the shades are a nice shade of white. They came packed very well and look great in the room. I thnk these are a great deal for the money as they look like much more expensive lamps! Another great buy from Overstock.

This lamp is beautiful. Came undamaged because it was extremely well packed. Works fine. Be aware that this lamp is rectangular in shape - not round - so it must be kept facing the right direction. The only thing I didn't like about it was the finish. The pattern is applied on top of the glaze and the finish was "rough." Seemed like this would tend to collect dust, and "cheapened" the effect. I easily fixed this by painting on a permanant clear glaze. Didn't change the appearance but it feels much better now, & should be easier to keep dust off and to remove dust.

The lamp was more beautiful that what it appeared onscreen. The colors are very sharp and it does not look like it would strictly go in an oriental decor. It was perfect for our updated living room and at a reasonable price. I was also amazed at how quickly it arrived and there was no damage. It was in perfect order.

I bought a set of these lamps and was a little worried about the purchase considering some of the reviews mentioned damage, etc. They arrived yesterday in perfect condition, well packed and in tact. Just gorgeous lamps, very pleased.

I ordered a pair of these for my guest bedroom. They arrived quickly, but both had minor damage. The socket was bent on one (I was able to straighten this out with no problem) and the socket was snapped on the other and its shade was bent at the top. Overstock quickly tried to to rectify the problem by sending a replacement shade and the socket as I requested. Unfortunately, they only sent the shade and a socket cover, I needed the "innards" to reconnect the wiring. I ended up buying my own socket replacement and fixing the lamp. I've since discovered that the finial on that lamp is defective--it won't screw down to keep the shade secure. I will call Overstock again to get this remedied. I don't expect any problems. The customer service is great. I'm willing to put up with the inconvenience because the lamps are very nice. The porcelain is colorful, but muted. The size and weight are just right. They look like expensive lamps. I really like them.

This lamp looks every better than pictured. It did arrive with the top piece (that holds the bulb) damaged from shipment. However, I liked the lamp so much that just purchased a replacement part at my local hardware store and rewired it myself. (Cost less than $5). If it had not been for this slight damage, I would have given it 5 stars without a doubt.

We purchased two lamps for our bedroom. They are beautiful and well made. The green and cream coloring of the lamp as well as the darker brown/chocolate base color are a wonderful combination. The white shade is perfect. Highly recommend this lamp.
