I bought this chandelier with the thought that even if the workmanship was subpar, I'd be saving about $1000 on the price. Comparable chandeliers retail for around $1500 and this one as only $400 (incl shipping). You cannot beat the price although the quality of workmanship and quality of parts was a bit on the shoddy side. Some crystals were slightly longer than others and parts that held the crystal were slightly askew. But as I said before the savings were very substantial.

:-) LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT. Got everything as promised, plus extra crystals. I put it altogether myself and hung it. Found it hard to hang the top piece to the ceiling but I guess its because you want the tight fit between the ceiling and the chandelier base. I would recommend this to anyone. Great bang for the buck.

I love this chandelier but there was a lot of things missing. First we noticed 11 light bulbs missing then we noticed some of the crystals missing. other than that this product is a great buy.

This Chandelier is beautiful. I bought it for my dining room and it looks far more expensive than the actual cost. The only issue I had was that it takes a long time to put all these little crystals things together, other than that it's perfect and I love it. Thank you overstock.

I searched everywhere for a light for the dining room in my new home. Finally, with the building inspector breathing down my neck to get the house finished, the light is the last thing I need for my OC, I ordered this from Overstock. I tried to assemble it myself but it was WAY to complicated. I got some help only to discover that the package had been opened and a loop was missing. I contacted Overstock and they are having it shipped and it will take a week. I decided to go ahead and finish assembling it and then discovered MORE things are missing. So I ordered a new one and will return the first one. Since I ordered the same one again, I must like it! :)
