The oven gets very hot on the outside and not hot enough inside!! :)Reverse should be true.It was a complete waste of my money.It is not even good for toasting a piece of bread. It burns from one side so you have to turn it upside down because not both burners workDo not waste your money and your space for this piece of junk.

I bought this item for the stainless steel look--which it fulfilled. But it really is a toaster OVEN. It's very large and does not even have a toast setting or toast timer. You have to keep your eye on the bread every moment or it will incinerate! If you're looking for a very large toaster OVEN, this is it. If not, skip this one.

This is about what you'd expect for an inexpensive toaster oven. Easy to use, simple, and plain. A little slow to toast, though.

The included directions are toatlly inadaquate. I have an extra part that is not explained, though I think it may have to do with thae fact that the instructions say the toasting rack is supposed to be pulled out when the door is opened, but as the instructions are so poor, this is never explained.
