I am so HAPPY with my purchase! This is a very nice piece of furniture -- the color is a perfect match for my Mission styled bedroom furniture, which is dark cherry wood, and the size is spot on for the location I wanted it for. It has an expensive look to it, and the quality is excellent. For the price, you can't beat it, and you won't find anything as nice either. Thanks Overstock for having this bookcase available for your customers. Looking forward to purchasing more quality pieces like this in the near future.

I adore this product as it was exactly what I wanted. The instructions asks that 2 people assemble this product but I am a femaile and it took me about 2 1/2 hours. I needed an Expresso book shelf that matches a table I also purchased from Overstock for my office room, so the color matched perfectly. Great buy for the money.

This bookcase is everything I expected and more. Beautiful finish and easy to put together (I assembled it myself.) Highly recommended. I use it for a TV stand in my living space, with shelving used for picture display and storage. BRAVO O!

I was looking for a bargain...so I guess I got what I paid for. I bought 2 of these bookcases for our home office. From a distance they look great! Upon close inspection you can see that the corners don't meet up well. I was able to assemble all of the pieces easily with the exception of a few of the camlocks not aligning well. I have assembled many items with camlocks, so I feel the problem was not operator error. They simply wouldn't lock when aligned. I think there were a total of 3 between the 2 bookcases.

The quality of the workmanship in this piece of furniture is poor... There was a defect on one of the pre drilled holes and the quality of the hardware used to hold this bookcase together is very sub standard. It you tightened the locking cams too much it breaks. Once everything was put together it looks ok just hope is doesn't fall apart.......

I am really pleased with the quality of the bookcase, it's just the right size for a small space. The wood grain is a perfect match to the rest of the furniture in the room. The only problem I had was with one of the screws. Some were difficult to keep tightened and one of them broke off, but it doesnt' seem to affect the look or stability of the bookcase. If I had the space I would order another one. Thanks

This bookcase was very easy to assemble alone using just a screw driver. (I did use a battery powered one to put all the screws in the back, though.) The finish is beautiful, and the shelves are plenty deep and nicely spaced apart. There are three positions for each shelf, which makes the bookcase more flexible.

My concern with ordering this bookshelf was that it was not real wood, BUT, I live in a small condo that needed a small quality looking bookshelf that held my medical books. I took the chance, and was quite happy with my purchase. For my needs this bookshelf gets 5 stars. It looks very nice in my apartment, the rich tones of the material compliment my other furniture, and I would highly recommend it.

The bookcase came with assembly pictures and very cheap hardware. The cam drvices would not properly lock onto the cam pins, the top would not aline on the wooden pegs and cam pins and, I finally had to take a rubber mallet and pound the top into place. It appears the pre-drilled holes were not in the proper location. My advice, get something already assembled.

This came to me with NO instruction manual and NO hardware.

This is a nice bookcase for the money. Easy to assemble and looks nice. The shelves are adjustable for even tall items. I only used two of the shelves but it comes with three.

I was pleasantly surprised by the good looks and quality of this bookcase. The price was terrific and the assembly simple. I bought two and found them well engineered and a nice addition to my other furniture. I'd worried that they might appear cheap, but that's definitely not the case.

It was easy to assemble and looks much like the picture. The legs were a little off, so we had to put felt under one leg to even out the bookcase and keep it from rocking. Not a very tall bookcase.

Our daughter was thrilled. Said it was everything she wanted. Boyfriend put it together without difficulty. Good choice and great service. So far anyway.

I bought two of these for christmas, I'm a 96lb woman and it took me maybe two hours to assemble both of them ofcourse the second one didn't take me as long. The only tools that you need are a phillips and flat head screw drivers. They will look great in either an office or livingroom!! The price is much cheaper than you would find at some of your local "mart" stores and the quaility is great.

I was pleasantly surprised considering the cost. Plan on putting it in my home office, but it would go very nicely in a living room.My nephew put it together in 1/2 hr with a power drill as the tool.

I am a 50+ female and I was able to put this piece together in appx 45 minutes. the instructions were clear and concise. once it was together, I was amazed at how solid and elegant it appears. I am very happy with my purchase and I will definately purchase from this company again!

There should be a clearer descriptionof the materials the pieces are made of. In my case the sides don't show so the wood in the front was inportant.....if I new that most of the piece was laminate I probably would not have purchased them.....they have a good look for the money and I am overall not disappointed.Paul

What an attractive piece. I have the desk from this collection. What I really needed was an entertainment center for my DISH Box, DVD player, etc. to match. I bought this because it is from the same collection. Super easy to assemble. It looks awesome, has a very contemporary look. Very happy with the purchase, quality and assembly.
