Great pan, easy to use and clean
We liked this pan so much, we came back and ordered the 11" Frying Pan. I will be honest I can't yet say anything much about its durability. But I have spent a lot of money on other non stick pans and in a short period of time they are scratched and peeling. Our other concern when we shopped again is that we have parrots and the other types of non stick coatings can put off fumes deadly to our parrots. My research into the ceramic coating seemed very promising. So far I am very pleased. Even though it is dishwasher safe, I have been doing it by hand. We use it so much a quick swish with a soapy rag, rinse and you can set it back on the stove for the next use. Our 10" one never leaves the stove top at this time.

- Please tell us about the quality of the product. High quality, easy to clean, even eggs don't stick
