item came packaged securly, but upon opening it, the product was damaged, which meant it had to ship from the manufacturer with the damaged part.

The wood is darker than I expected, but overall I'am pleased.
- How did the color on site compare with the actual product? a tiny bit smaller in the drawers than I expected.
- Please tell us about the quality of the product. It was packaged very well, but the side was scratched...can't imagine how it got scratched. Seems fairly solid.
