The shipping time for this product was very good but I was disappointed about the condition and performance of the powerhead. The wheels on the powerhead show a great deal of wear. More than my current vacuum cleaner which is 10 years old. The powerhead, I learned after my purchase, has been discontinued and with good reason. When you turn it on it literally takes off on you. You have to fight to keep it from flying out of your hand. Self-propelled is good to a point, but not when you can't ever relax your hold on the handle. I would not recommend this model unless Overstock.com can get it with the newer powerhead.

I was somewhat concerned when I ordered this product, but I know the Electrolux brand. It has been a major brand int the USA for many, many years because of the dependability and performance. This Oxygen 3 Ultra canister vacuum (refurbished) is performing as expected. Other than having a mothball smell to it, which is almost gone, I am very pleased with the product. The best part is that I saved half the price that I was willing to pay. My vacuum is new and will last us for many years. Thank you Overstock.

I am really enjoying this new vacuum, it is easy to maneuver and does not scratch or nick walls or furniture because it has a rubber siding protection. Everything is good so far except the carpet attachment will not work properly unless it is attached directly to the power head. I am waiting for a convenient time to take it in, hopefully it is a quick fix.

This vacuum is fantastic. It is easy to operate, cleans bare floors and carpets wonderfullY!I also have a Dyson upright, this canister is a nice addition as it cleans where the Dyson cannot.I would recommend this vacuum as it is a great value. Bags and filters can be purchased at any Lowes.

My wife vacuums daily and the Electrolux Oxygen3 is the most powerful and quietest unit we ever owned. Our dog & cat don't even mind the vacuum running any more. Unit was received in perfect condition,clean and bright.... Thanks so much for your attention to customer satisfaction....

Even though this item is refurbished, it looks absolutely brand new. The performance is outstanding! Extremely lightweight, silent, super powerful, and it even looks sexy :)!!! Everything about this vacuum cleaner screams European!

I love this vacuum. I was so tired of pushing around a heavy upright that I couldn't get into alot of spaces (under beds, etc) plus I had a bagless...never again. You get so much dust and debris floating back into the air when you try to empty and clean the filter, it's an awful mess. Now, with my electrolux it a breeze to vacuum, even my 10 year old can help now! This vacuum practically runs itself. Very each to manuever and get under and around just about anything. It runs much quieter then my old upright and the thing I love most...the bag. I love not having to deal with the bagless anymore! This vacumm also has so many features and most importantly it has really good suction (there are 3 levels of suction to choose) it picks up everything and makes my carpet look great! The vacuum I received looks just like new. You would never know it was a refurb. This vacumm is one of the best purchases I've made on Overstock. If you are looking for a great vacuum...this is the one!

I recently received this product as a gift. My mother bought from Overstock and was really excited to give this to my husband. We had the original machine for about 3 months before it conked out. We took the unit for repair, which took 6 weeks and a lot of phone calls. We got it back, plugged it in and it worked for 30 seconds. We called and were sent a replacement and that lasted for 20 minutes and then conked out. What a terrible disappointment from a lifelong Electrolux customer.

I have used my Electrolux vac now 3 or 4 times and am pleased with it. I of course compare it with my old vac (a Eureka cannister). It has a great deal more power. We have two shedding dogs and it is doing a great job. It is also quieter. I am having to learn to be a bit more careful because of the additional power. We have a thin wool area rug and I cannot use the power head on it because it sucks the rug up. I tend to not take time to pick stuff up and move stuff before I clean. Can't do that with this vac. It sucks up everything! I have to be very careful to avoid the fringe on my oriental rug. It has about the same maneuverability as my Eureka - gets caught on furniture and area rugs. The only thing I don't like is the power head is thicker and wider and will not fit under furniture my old vac would go under. The condition is excellent - we only see some small scratches on the top.

This machine is an excellent purchase. It has excellent suction, excellent features, and I am so glad I purchased it.
