I've always wanted an Electrolux, and never thought I'd be able to afford one. Thanks to Overstock I now am the proud owner of one of the best vacuums I believe ever made. This vacuum is unreal! I was able to change the head and vacuum my walls all the way to my 12' ceiling. By looking at my carpet, you would think I had cleaned it. The self-propelled carpet cleaning head makes it so easy, too! With the other attachments I was able to vacuum my ceiling fans! No ladder or climbing required! Super quiet as well. TOTAL CLEANER !!!

This vacuum gets 5 stars because it does what it's supposed to very well. It's attractive and solid, and moves well on its big wheels. I expect to be using it for a LONG time. If you don't want to pay for expensive bags, you'll find this a negative, particularly because the bags are small. It's on the heavy side, but has a big handle that makes it easy to carry.

I have been searching for a vacuum to handle multiple floors types with stairs and I finally found it!!! This vacuum has exceeded my expectations. It is great for bare floors and carpets as well. I have two dogs and vacuum daily. This vacuum handles all the needs and would highly recommend trying this vacuum. I have owned every type of vacuum and can say this one is my favorite.Recommendation.....If you have stairs be sure to also purchase the smaller vacuum head as the one that comes with it is a little too big.

This vacuum arrived in about 10 days. It works very well and has great suction. The only drawback was that I am not used to a canister and often back into it. I just need to remember to look back before I step back. This vacuum does a really nice job.

I purchased this vacuum because it is much smaller than my previous one. It is much lighter and easy to carry. It works well, has great suction.

I have had Electrolux vacuums for the last 35 years. I needed a vacuum for a vacation home with both rugs, carpets and hardwood floors. This vacuum is perfect....easy to use, and easy to change between flooring types.

Great vacumn. The only problems I have are 1) the attachments fall off the handle too easily while vacumning and 2) the locations of the buttons on the handle are not very good as I inadvertantly keep hitting the button and turning it off. Vacumns great though, nice and light, much quieter than my previous vacumns.

This is the best vacuum we have ever purchased. We saw the most recent version of this model at Lowes for $500.00. We paid alot less. This was a tremendous value for an awesome vacuum.

I love this vacuum cleaner. It's quieter than most and has excellent suction power, cleaning even more than my old vacuum that died. It came with two bags, with one already installed. I love the bag because it filters out dust from being recycled into the room and contains a sachet that deodorized the exhaust. The wand telescopes to the length I need. A full assortment of attachments were included, too, which I've already used on my furniture and walls. It was easy to put together right out of the box and start using right away. The only complaint I have is the on/off switch is located in a place where it's easy to accidently shut off during use. Annoying, but overall this vacuum is worth the price. I recommend it.

The Oxy 3 is light, portable, easy to use and powerful. What more can you ask for in a canister vacuum?

I have been an electrolux fan for years, so when my old one died I was thrilled to find this model on Overstock.com. I was thrilled to find that it is much lighter than the older models and still lives up to the electrolux quality. I would have given it 5 stars except for 2 things. One is that the on/off switch is placed on the handle where it is easy to hit the button by mistake. The other is that it is not a bagless vac. I wish electrolux had one, because the bags do end up costing quite a bit over time. In spite of that, I'd rather have the electrolux and buy bags than to switch to a different vacuum.

The canister holds very little but a good item that I purchased else where for it was much cheaper.

very nice vacuum cleaner. This is the highest price I ever spend on a vacuum cleaner- but it worth it. My carpet is so clean- the vacuum is light so it is easy to move around. I love it. thanks

This vacuum is wonderful. Quiet, easy to use, and has strong power.

This vacuum is light weight and easy to handle. Does a great job on all my laminate and ceremic tile floors. Bare floor attachment is large and covers dirty floors quickly. Also transitions to carpet with ease. Attachments are easy to use. Bags and filters are easy to change. Best vacuum I have had in a long time!

I was slightly disappointed with the suction of this vacuum. Thought it have stronger suction capability. Seems to pick up dog hair well. Shuts off automatically when changing surface heights--not really sure I like this?? Replacement bags are more expensive than most dept store bags--but--made from a fabric-like material. Guess I expected more from an expensive vacuum.

I had a kenmore canister for 5 years and it was good but this little one is just awesome. I love the attachments, perfect for my hardwood floors. And the house is cleaned is a jiff!!!! Great product!!!

I love this vacuum cleaner. It is nice and compact, has a nice handle for carrying to different rooms and is very quiet little vacuum cleaner. Picks up great and it is just awesome. So glad I purchased it.

I checked the price of this item and found overstock had the lowest price. The vacuum bags are small and fill up really fast and cost about $2 each. Other than that the item is fine.
