Nothing fancy, but products do as they advertise, for a good price. The kettle has a mesh filter, which we took off to see how it came out. Could NOT get it back in, so we threw it out. Never had an electric kettle with one, so figured it really doesn't make a difference.

This is a lovely-to-look-at-and-use kettle, made with borosilicate glass (lab glass). However, to keep it from boiling dry, you MUST make sure the top is closed, and that is more of a difficulty - because it looks like it's closed, but it's not. You would normally use your thumb to make sure this is open or closed - the trouble is, it can "feel" closed and look closed, but not ...

The sleek looking design is very nice. Used nearly everyday for 8 months and then it stopped working. Called overstock and they said I need to call company warranty department since 1 yr warranty. Will give it a try. Lori

Great quality and design. It's difficult to find glass kettle -- but this one is just perfect.

We spent a month in England and had to have an electric kettle by the time we got home. This one is absolutely perfect and has stood up for 4-years.
