    Needed a table lamp that provided both light and heat. Performs as required, but as others noted, the color is very red. Not a nice red either. I actually took it back apart and painted using high heat tolerant grill paint and then reassembled. We also had to straighten out the metal basket covering the bulb as it was very crooked. Probably would not recommend, not buy again.

    I purchased two of these lamp heaters for a screened porch and a gazebo. They are very nice; they are heavy and beautiful. They keep the area around them nice and comfortable. We have had nights where temperatures were in lower 30s and were able to sit comfortable on porch. I have recommended them to friends. Many of them ask before I even mention them.

    I wanted something for the porch for chilly nights but didn't want to buy propane gas cartridges. I like the lamp and works well but it is a rust red color that clashes with the other furniture on the porch. Too big to send back so will keep it but would not have bought it if I knew it was that color. A bit disappointed. Other than the color it is fine.
