I like the way it is designed and that you can do variations by flipping the cooking plates. Easy to remove and put it in the dishwasher. Used it once so far for pancakes and another time to grill asparagus. One usually is not sure at what heat setting to keep it at when using the first couple of times....but then you figure it out....I have been wanting a griddle for sometime now and this is great cause it's two in one and also a panini press!

This is very good quality & light weight Grill & Panini. It is the perfect size for 2 large panini's. I have not used it as a grill yet as I wanted it for paninis. Easy to store.

We have only used this to make pancakes but it will be great for Panini sandwiches or to grill meat. It doesn't get as hot as a traditional griddle so we have discovered leaving the temp on high is best for pancakes. They still don't cook very fast but it works fine. The handle does get really hot on either side.

What was shipped has the glass front, but the sides are glass instead of stainless steel, and there is a strip of stainless across the top.. Which is fine with me, but it is different than the picture for whatever reason. Also the glass cover comes with three pieces, front glass, and two sides glasses. Along with four plastic clips, several screws, and a strip of right-angle stainless that goes along the length of the top. Again, that's fine. But what caused some frustration is that there are no instructions whatsoever on how to put the glass cover together, also no picture of what it was suppose to look like once assembled. I searched around on the internet, and found a picture of the completed glass cover assembly, so I figu...
