I bought one set of these sheets a few months ago, and I am back to buy more. These sheets have such a lovely smooth quality. I can't sleep on any of my other sheet sets now! Some day I may graduate to an even higher thread count but until then I am very pleased.
Sheets fit like a glove, but they are a bit on the noisy side. Every move in the bed is noticed by the sound of the friction across the sheets. They are slick, not so soft.
These sheets are really beautiful. The color is true to the picture but deeper. They look and feel almost like liquid chocolate, super silky with some weight to it , yummy. The weight is a little heavy, it's still a bit cool here so the extra weight is welcome early in the morning. I'm sure this Summer we won't even need the Duvet if we use these sheets.
The sheets are worth the money for that "extra" set but for all the time, they are too rough. We love the softness of percale and while I've washed these four times already they are still stiff!!! Also, like Egyptian cotton, they get incredibly wrinkled but then again, sheets are sheets. We use them only when needed, too rough even with softener.
